Very fast! I decided on a unit one day and 24 hrs later it is installed! Ted P. did a great job informing me of the different units, wasn't pushy and let me decide what I wanted. He is very professional and prompt. The installers were efficient, friendly and fast. In a matter of hours they removed the old unit, installed the new air handler and condensor plus they added insulation and fixed the duct work! I had the AC and Furnace installed by Rodney & Cooper today. The process went pretty smooth. Both the guys went above and beyond to make sure the unit is installed successfully. They resolved a wiring issue with my last unit and installed the new unit properly. They kept me communicated through out the whole process. I am very pleased with ARS service in the whole process. Starting from Customer Service, Repair Man, Sales Person to Installation is A PLUS with ARS. No wonder why Home Depot trust ARS. I am going to do all my future dealings with ARS for my needs. They kept a neat work area and cleaned up good at the end. And they never left until they had checked the temperatures and the thermostat. Markley was awesome. He was very informative and made sure to offer all of the options and not just push the option that he wanted to sell or had the highest commission. He took time to fully understand our needs and recommended the right unit for our needs and budget. He was even nice enough to come back a second time that same day (at 7 Pm. at that) to meet again with my Fiance and go over everything again so I wouldn't have to. He is asset to your company and I would recommend him and ARS to anyone needing a new HVAC system based solely on the service I received from Markley, and I haven't even had the unit installed yet.I hope that the service I receive on the installation is just as good as the service from Markley.
