What a joy to have someone who "just love(s) to fix things," with credentials and the obvious expertise his company claims about him.... A young gentleman who comes into my home, pets my dogs, makes me feel I can go ahead with my work while he does his.... After several others tried, he found the freon leak and replaced the $2000 part not covered by warranty in one visit. Andrew Rayzor did an excellent job in finding the right fix for my A/C unit that was down due to an faulty themostat. He was very professional and polite and answered any questions that I had. In addition to repairing my unit, he also gave me some good information on future repairs of my A/C heating units. I received some glowing reviews from several neighbors, and I had an ailing heater and AC system, so I decided to give them a try. I had three guys come to my home, promptly at 9 am, JB Evans, Jeffery Steele, and Jordan Neely, and all three started right on the task. They were efficient, and within a short period of time, I had an operating upstairs and downstairs system. They explained everything along the way, and best of all, left the house spotless, as if no one ever came into the home. I highly recommend their service. After being reminded by ARS to have both of our new units serviced, Andrew R. came to do the work. He was wonderful and thorough; appeared knowledgeable and loyal to his company. We were impressed with him and will plan on asking for him specifically.
While here, Andrew R. mentioned two items that might increase our quality of life. One is an air purifier and one is a surge protector. We are thinking of these purchases but I was most impressed that Andrew R. did not push either product; rather, he mentioned the benefits and offered me the choice.

The weather was bad the day of the install so I had at least 6 guys out here for the install including Ben the Mgr. Over all they did a good job. We had a small problem with my alarm system on the unit but that has since been taken care of. Having used Rosco Brown for my other unit I would say that these guys did as good a job.. Our upstairs heat quit working, I called ARS on Friday afternoon and they had just let everyone leave due to impending ice and snow but the receptionist said she would have a technician call asap. Sure enough about 10 minutes later Jason called and scheduled to come out Saturday morning. Jason came Saturday morning as scheduled looked the unit over let it run through a couple of cycles to find the problem then gave us several options to choose from. We decided to replace the unit which right on the spot he called Eric, set up an appointment for the afternoon. Eric came out gave us info on the different units available, we decided on one, paperwork was done right then and there and he schedule installation for Monday morning. Kyle, Keith and Josh were the installers, they did a great job. They had the old unit out, which was in a very tight space and the new replaced in no time. Even though it was freezing outside they worked continually until the job was done. Everything was cleaned up, you would have never known they had been here except for the nice warm heat.
