Sean, Was the plumber who did the service work at my house. He is a good plumber but not very good at writing a itemized bill. Now my home warranty company (AHS) is billing me for a service fee which was paid to ARS. ARS HAS BEEN NO HELP TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

ARS technicans Joey and Corey installed a Carrier Heat/Air Conditioner System in our home last week (August 2, 2013). Both were extremely professional and went out of their way to explain what they were doing. Afterwards they made sure everything was cleaned up and they took all the old parts and system away. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. We are also very pleased with our new Carrier System. Wow, what a difference! Thank you ARS and thank you Joey and Corey. The Crawfords

He is very plesant, polite, intelligent and most of all very respectful. He finished his job and provided us with more information concerning the system he installed,& thanks for having him in your company.He made everything simple for us.And also Thanks for having Ed Howard your comfort advisor he is really a comforter or else my wife would have thrown me out of the house for sleeping in the heated house. #1..A ONE for being courteous. However, not notifying me that no one would be able to come for either of the first day times requiring my calls at the end of each period to determine if anyone was coming, rates a FIVE. #3..A FIVE for the first day (see above) for not notifying me that no one was able to come, a ONE for the second day. Again, ANDY and GABRIEL are welcome for any future problem. No further call to me is necessary unless there are further questions.

I give Andy an A+ for the Main Shut-Off valve and I give Gabriel an A+ for the two outdoor valve replacements. Andy also looked at three other faucets and gave me an honest opinion. One is now improved. The other two must be replaced, repair is not an option. I give the person in charge of the repairmen a big THUMBS DOWN as he did not know until I called at the end of the original period Saturday that one of his people took the day off. He gave me a new time for later in the afternoon. At the end of that period I called and the Monday appointment was set up. (I was told that there would be a call 30 minutes prior to arrival for each window.) At the end of each window I had to call to find out what the delay was. Having spent most of the day waiting, a call canceling the appointment would have been appreciated.

Andy arrived at the appointed time, in answer to my request to provide estimate for work. After discussing the job and completing estimate, I agreed to the proposal. Andy stayed to do the job right then, which was good for me since I could not afford to take more time from work. He was quick, cleaned up, and the system is now back in order. I am very pleased with the results, and his courteous service.

Mike G. was very professional and courteous. He did a thorough inspection of our air-conditioner and managed to get it working for us despite the condition of the unit. It continued to work for a month and half after we thought it was completely damaged and beyond repair. Now that it has stopped working again we are hoping to get Mike out again to work his magic!

Can not say enough how good Michael was! He first came out for a service call and after determining the problem (the ac fan motor) he explained in detail our options and also provided an education on how these units operate and what we could do to maintain a good operable unit. After our decision was made to replace the fan motor, ARS set up a very fast appointment for us since our house is under contract and needed a home inspection. Michael was sent to our house to replace the motor. This was this past Wed. when the temperature was one of the hottest days. I felt so bad for him having to be in the attic where the temp was 121 degrees. He never complained and did a superior job! Thank You ARS for expediting the appointment and most important Michael! BTW, the home inspector came 30 minutes after Michael left and the upstairs was already cool!

First I would like to say thanks to the most professional HAVAC company and tech's that I have had the pleasure to interface with. I would like recognize John R. John is the most compassionate, patient, very professional person that I have ever at the chance to meet. My sister air conditioner stopped working during the hottest day this year. I phone call was placed to ARS. They sent a tech out to perform a survey to find out what the problem was. John performed the survey and it only took a short period of time, for him to identify the problem. John also found out during his visit that my sister has a medical condition that is imperative that she remain in an air condition environment during the high temperatures of summer. Once he found that out he, found it is duty to place the order for the failing part to be expedited for next day delivery. ARS did in fact placed the order for next day delivery. John was back at my sisters house the very next day to repair her air conditioner. John told us, that the repair would take about four hours to complete the job. In four hours my sister's air conditioner was operational and beginning to cool off the house. We would like to recognize John R, for his compassion, and concern with his customers. John really work hard to ensure that his customer are completely satisfied. On behalf of me and my sister we would like to thank John R, and his company for a job well done. Michael G was professional but funny. He saved the day by removing the stinky, chopped up, serpent that invaded my compressor. This is the 2nd time since 2006 this has happened. ARS needs to have a price in your manual for snake removel, which takes all of 20-30 mins, depending on the type of unit. Once the tope of off, it was clear it was a snake. I hope that did not ruin Mike's day because he said the smell was still in his noise and he would probably think about it all day. I offered him some coffee grounds to smell (like they do at the perfume counter to refresh you scent of smell) to refresh is noise but he said "no thanks". Thanks Mike

My experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter from the time I contacted them until the maintenance was complete was no less than exceptional! ARS representatives took more than customary care in scheduling my appointment time and follow-up and I really appreciated that. My technician, John Miller-Russell was prompt, courteous and willingly shared information about ACs and answered all our questions, and then some, about our unit. Mr. Miller-Russell identified the issues affecting our unit and thoroughly explained what he was doing to correct the problem. He ensured that we understood what we were paying for today and helped us arrive at an appointment date for an estimate on a more efficient unit. All of this took place within a few hours of my call on a really hot day. I can't say enough about how efficient ARS handled my call and repairs. I'm happy that I called and won't hesitate to call again if necessary. I will recommend your company and Mr. Miller-Russell to my friends and neighbors in the area.

The ARS heating/airconditioning specialist, Michael G, did a remarkable job today, June 17, 2013. He found the problem that my system was having which was quite a mystery (secondary port on drain pan left unplugged at original installation) and fixing it, doing much more than a lesser motivated tech would have done. He was polite, friendly, and thorough in the work that he did. Thanks Michael and ARS!

Michael G., our air conditioning technician, was a true professional in not only diagnosing the problem with our AC but also taking the time to explain the problem in laymen's terms and to outline our various options to either fix or replace a 14-year-old unit. Based on his knowledge and technical skills, we have confidence that if we buy a replacement AC/heater from his company, we can count on ARS technicians to continue to provide reliable service.

The technician arrived between the time that we were told that he would arrive. When he arrived he introduced himself, gave us the name of his company and let us know why he was here. After examining our AC unit, he let us know what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. The problem was fixed in about 30 minutes of his arrival. The technician was courtesy, knowledgeable about the situation and very professional. He didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. He truly was interested about solving our problem.

Mr. Daymon was excellent. He came in to my house on 6/9/13 Ft. Washington, MD. professionally, went right to work and in no time discovered what the problem was. After 4 other technicians came in and couldn't find the answer, Mr. Damon's expertness definitely showed. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. PS He also has a great attitude.

I have been very frustrated with the level of service from ARS. Because I have a relatively new HVAC unit and a service contract, I have not terminated my association with your company. And then came MICHAEL G. Michael G. came to do a "Routine Service" call and ended up being the best evaluator of a dysfunctional HVAC system than any other ARS technician or comfort advisor who had visited my home. Upon entering my home, Michael G. asked if I had "any problems with my 21 month old unit?" My quick reply was "yes" followed by my observations. Like a true detective, Michael began to search for a reason for the problem. This experienced technician immediately began to make observations and recommendations about the problems citing specific examples. Michael assured me that after submitting his report, accompanied by pictures he had taken, specialized technicians would do a follow up and a set up a work schedule for remediation. Finally, I am getting some help. Thank you Michael G., you are the best!

He inspected both my HVAC systems and explained what he was doing, gave recommendations and options for repairs or upgrades, but at no time made me feel like I was the subject of a sales pitch. Tim's team is the best. Best professionals, hard workers, personable, caring, and a job well done. We have never had an experience like this before and Tom, Barry, Tim, Sean and Lenny were the best. Tim, Sean and Lenny did the actual planning and work that had to be done and made a bad situation a little better. They have documented the problems we had and coordinated with the Chief Plumbing Inspector for Balto., MD in getting the work done and now its legal. Tim also helped in coordinating with our tile person so that we could have a bathroom hopefully this coming week. After just buying this house as a retirement place and having this much of a problem it was as if someone was watching over us in sending this great group to help work through this mess. The technician, Andy Rowe, did a thorough inspeciton of our plumbing system and found a leaking pressure valve. We also needed a new water valve for the icemaker, which we know about before his inspection,. He discussed the costs of both repairs with me and did an excellent job replacing both valves.
