Steven was very professional and did an excellent winter maintenance checkup for us. He was quick and efficient and explained everything he did as he went and then recommended some improvements that could be made then which I approved and he did. Steven jones was the tech who came to perform the warranty checkup. Vince from ARS- Laurel came to our new construction townhouse after not having heat for 24 hours. It was cold, we needed a new part that he didn't have in his truck. Great Job "Steven Jones" Steven was here PM on our mini split system they installed almost a year ago. Steven was very professional and polite. He did his job with the upmost care for the entire area surrounding the unit. He clean up after him self & and I loved the white booties. He explain everything that he did and why! He also asked me if I have any questions. He is a true asset to ARS.

the boiler stopped working and Tony from ARS called to say he was on his way, fixed it quickly, explained what he was doing, and what needed to happen next. Priced it all out, and was just a lovely surprise on a very cold Sunday afternoon with no heat. Gabriel is very professional, hard working, talented and kind. He is always prompt and courteous. He works until all is done and done well. He took over for another ARS plumber who had a poor work ethic and left the company. We were very glad to have the plumbing necessary for the kitchen renovation done by Gabriel, who made the three subsequent visits to our home. We built a new kitchen from the wood studs to the finished product. Gabriel had good ideas on how to make things work more efficiently. Henry did a fantastic job, and on Christmas Day no less! We called and he arrived in an incredibly timely manner, especially given the fact that he has children at home that he could have been spending time with on this national holiday. Despite that, he did arrive rather promptly and proceeded to conduct his work while regaling us with tales of his wife and children. He was very colloquial and friendly and he did a wonderful job on top of all that. I would not hesitate to contact Henry again should another issue surface, and I will be recommending Henry and Ars Rescue Rooter's services to anyone I come across that happens to be in need of similar services. I would like to give 5 stars for wonderful service!! The technician is very professional and friendly. When I called ARS/Rescue Rooter Laurel to repair my sewage ejector pump,ARS's told me time the technician arrive and he arrived in time. The technician told me the problem and service of repair very clearly. He did very very excellent job!!

Gabriel A. thoroughly checked my house s plumbing and pointed out and corrected several potential problems. His was the most complete biannual contract check with ARS to date. He provided updated information about water pressure issues and made suggestions for correction. His several repairs/fixes were varied and took all day, but he just kept working and never had an attitude or was annoyed when I asked questions or checked a repair and found a glitch (i.e., there was still a drip, but it was not due to his repair, rather to old equipment that needed to be replaced). ARS was able to come out to replace my boiler the day after doing the estimate.
They worked tirelessly all day to replace a 40 year old boiler, making sure everything was new, up to code and working perfectly. They patiently worked with my home warranty company to make sure I got covered.
Tim and his team were very polite and respectful, even when my dog was being nosy or getting in the way. They really knew their stuff - no guesswork here.

Mr. Andy Rowe a Service Specialist for ARS provided very personable and exceptional services. Mr. Rowe was very knowledgeable with diagnosing the problem with my water heater and providing further assistance with various processes with my home warranty company in order to get various matters resolved to properly restore my water heater back to full service.
While awaiting the receipt of the initial part to install, Mr. Rowe would often provide status updates and restoration times for the completed repair. Mr. Rowe an exceptional worker that should be commended for his dedication and commitment to the consumer as well as his establishment in which I highly recommend for any service call.

Excellent service visit. My technician was Mr. Mike Williams,he was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. Mr. Williams serviced our furnace and our air conditioning unit. When he came inside he took care to cover his work shoes in order to protect our carpets. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We will definitely recommend ARS to others and plan to use them for our new. Home as well.
