Unit not working after extensive work on 2/14/19. ARS sent a supervisor to fix my problem. Al is very intelligent and has been in the business a long time. Really appreciate what he will try to do to get warranty activated on American Standard unit ARS did not install. Especially appreciated since I spent $1,485 on 2/14/19 to have the unit working. Kendall was polite, honest, and hard working. He is a good rep for your company. However, when the "window" is from 1-5PM, I think it is wrong to send the man our here at 4:58. This put my entire evening out of whack. I spent the full afternoon waiting for the visit, cancelling everything to be here, only to have to spend my supper hour while your over-worked tech did his job. The technician was very knowledgeable. He was extremely through in evaluating the system. The U-V light on the air purifier had burned out and he did not have a replacement with him. He was very professional in finding the problem with my compressor, and went above and beyond helping to find a co-worker, Travis Gaines, an ARS tech, to help and install a new one in just a few hours. He was able to answer my questions as well as handle the needed AC/furnance issues at hand. When he departed my home, my questions had been addressed as well as the repairs needed.
