I just wanted to give a shout out to Mr. Alfonso for being so amazing to my husband and sons while I was here at work. He advised me of some great things to do for my HVAC unit until I get the new coil inside my home. Mr. Alfonso was so sweet and informative as well. I’m glad to work with an amazing co-work as him. No he didn’t pay me to say these things either. Thank you sooooo much Mr. Alfonso for all you’ve done so far!!!

I had the Reme Halo air purifier from Chad Jackson 6 months ago and I noticed great improvement in air quality. I only had them installed on two out of my five air conditioning units and had Chad come back out and place them on the other units. I've noticed improved sleep after installing them. He also recommended surge protectors on all my air conditioning units and called Fermin to explain how they worked. They both were very informative. Thanks ARS for giving me servic3 for over 7 years! Nick came in and assessed the problem. I needed to replace my kitchen sink faucet. He gave me some choices and returned the next day as scheduled. He made the necessary repairs very quickly and efficiently. After checking everything out, he cleaned up the mess that had been created by the leaking faucet. Nick is a very polite and friendly tech. A man named Matt came out to my house in 2015. He said i needed a new air conditioner. I lived alone and it was July and 100° in my house. He took complete advantage of me being a woman. He had your company install the most expensive unit you sold which i didn't know at the time.He said my furnace was on it's last legs too. I told him my financial situation but all he cared about is the almighty buck. He was the fakest salesman i ever met. I had no choice about ordering what he said i needed. I couldn't shop around since the heat was so bad. It cost me $11,000. I am a senior and he took complete advantage of the situation. I have found out he sold me the "cadillac" of air conditioners which was completely unnecessary. I hope karma does her thing with him. What a terrible person. I wouldn't even give him 1 star. Kendrall was an Excellent Technician, he took the time to repair our HVAC unit, he answered all of my questions, and even made some great recommendations for my units.
