James Guarino is a treasure. He truly saved the day this past Saturday. We noticed a back up of the sewer on Friday night. Called ARS around 9 pm & a very professional young man was at my door around 10:30 pm. He very quickly diagnosed the situation & explained the plan of attack needed. The power company had bored through the sewer line earlier that week & it was just now starting to cause trouble. He showed me camera pictures of the line & how there was a huge pipe crushing my sewer line. He gave us a very fair price & we agreed. He worked thru the night & into the next morning. My wife & daughter was able to have her baby shower Saturday without any bathroom problems. I would highly recommend this company & especially James Guarino. Thanks again. James G. 05/30/19 |

During the scheduled check for the A/C system, Steve J. listed the items that he found that could potentially be issues. He took pictures and explained what was going on with the furnace, the A/C unit , the condenser and others. He explained how certain items, if not immediately addressed, could turn into a larger issue later. He identified recommendations and clearly showed the prices. He was very understanding of the customer's situation and is not one who you will get the feeling of getting pressured towards a particular service or product. He knows his area of expertise and you can get a sense of comfort that he will be there in case of any issues with your AC system. He's a great person to work with. Steve J. 05/29/19 |

I had to have an old bathtub and some tile removed from my bathroom and a new bathtub installed. I was very impressed with Rafael Diaz and Philip who removed the tub and tile and installed the new tub in a very timely manner and made sure they cleaned up all the debris.. I was expecting it to be a very unpleasant experience but instead was very pleasantly surprised at how conscientious they were and how they made sure everything went smoothly. As service people go Anthony is one of the best I have had, knowledgeable, friendly, very customer oriented. When I have other work done, I will ask for him, no matter if I have to wait a few days for the work to be done. Dealing with ARS was a serious and much need improvement over another service company. THE EMPLOYEE ARRIVED EARLY AND WAS VERY CONSIDERATE OF KEEPING HIS WORK AREA CLEAN. HE SHOWED ME EACH ITEM HE WAS INSPECTING, AND ADVISED ME OF THE ISSUE WITH THAT PARTICULAR ITEM, GOOD OR BAD AND WHY, THIS INSPECTION WAS TO CHECK FOR CONDITION AS THE HOME WAS JUST PURCHASED. SINCE IT APPEARED TO BE AN OLD (TRUE) SYSTEM, I DID NOT WANT TO LOSE SERVICE SINCE SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE. MUCH BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY. CHASE MY SERVICE EMPLOYEE EXPLAINED THE GOOD AND THE BAD WITH THE UNIT AND PRESENTED SEVERAL OPTIONS, TO MAKE SURE THE SYSTEM WOULD GIVE ME NO ISSUES FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS, AND BE SURE TO TAKE CARE OF THE UNIT, WHEN AND IF, NEEDED. HE WAS AWARE OF MY FINANCIAL SITUATION, AND TOOK THE TIME TO WORK WITHIN MY BUDGET TO MAKE SURE I COULD AFFORD THE SYSTEM AND HOW WELL IT WOULD UPDATE MY CURRENT SYSTEM, FROM A 23 YEAR PLUS OR MINUS UNIT THAT WAS NOT WELL MAINTAINED.
