Al Rodriguez is still here doing my A/C tuneup service, and he is the best technician I have ever had. I always request him. I have been a customer over 30 years and Al R. does the most thorough job I have ever seen. He is very professional and courteous and works very hard to make sure I am satisfied. Jerry K. Came the first time to do a yearly service and maintenance check of my HVAC system through Home Depot. He is: friendly/ professional/ knowledge/ informative.
I requested he come back and speak with both my husband and myself to discuss the problems with our 20 yr old system. He explained clearly what the issues were. We purchased a (much needed) new HVAC system which will be installed today...the SAME day as our second visit.

Tech arrived before 8am and he and his associate went right to work. Aquilino was very professional and worked very efficiently. Work was completed satisfactorily by about 230pm. Unit is very quiet and efficient. The new thermosat and ductwork and equipment look very good. I would recomment this team and ARS to anybody who needs competent and efficient workmanship. My problem was with the float switch that turns off the A/C when the drain line backs up. This has happened in the past and the guys only vacuumed the line.
The man they sent today said he would vacuum the line AND take apart the pea-trap under the sink even though it was draining ok. There was debris in the trap that he cleaned out.

Show in up on time to start immediately removing the old unit to start installing the new unit he was so focus on his task that everything he did was nicely done he's good guy and good to talk to and getting along as well after he completed everything that needed to complete he also explain on how operate the control to choose either hot or cold function on the thermostat for the new hvac unit

I'm completely satisfied with my new hvac unit I'd just never thought that one day the old hvac was going to from bad to worst. But that day came and that didn't make us happy at all.
I've seen your trucks in my neighborhood and it never cross my mind that one day you guys would be here talking and giving me different options that meet our needs but there i was talking and getting to know Mr.Chris Burkes much even better he did everything he could and that's a big thumbs Thank You so very much for everything I strongly thank ARS for help us out all of you made our day.
And I Strongly Recommend All Of YouTo Everyone That Need A Hand.

After a terrible and disappointed with
John Moore that someone referred me to them, I later find out that I have called the wrong HVAC company. And then " ARS Rescue Rooter " came over did the inspection gave me a quote and the whole thing change
I could not be more completely satisfied ..

The insulation team of Phillip S and Nahur were very efficient, courteous and most polite when they came to insulate our attic. I have to say they were so nice to overlook how messy our attic is. Anthony was very friendly and professional. He called 20 minutes before showing up. Once he identified the problem (Clogged, broken or obstructed drain pipe), he explained very clearly the three technologies he had available to try to solve my problem: 1. the Snake, 2. the Jet, 3. the Camera. He tried very hard using 1. and 2. to no avail. He then explained that 3. needed to be attempted by a Master plumber who would find the pipe problem and give me an estimate at no charge.
