The sales team, Perry and the One Who’s Name I Forgot (sorry) were thourough and professional. The electrician was in & out quickly. The deliver team, Herman Leon and Chris, were great. They even had to drive back to the store, a 30 mile round trip, because the store had sent the wrong water heater. Their attitude was, “Anything for the customer.” I actually tried to submit a separate review for Herman, but was unable to find him listed. 01/06/19 |

Late yesterday afternoon I went to Home Depot in Conroe, TX, for a water heater. This afternoon I have hot water. I had not yet left the parking lot when ARS called to schedule an inspection. Jerry sat and explain all of our options and did not pressure us to buy anything. He gave the pros and cons to each part of the system and told us that we could use any combination of the system and helped us order the one that was just right for us. He worked with the sales manager to get us the best deal possible. We felt like we were dealing with a specialist vs a sales person just trying to make a sale. Jerry is truly a great asset to the company. We will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a system. Thank you Jerry for being such a help during this process. Al R. did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable, personable and explained the work to be done in balancing the heating temperatures in our home in a cost effective manner really well. He returned early the next day as promised with the part needed, installed it and we could feel the temperature difference almost immediately. In addition to the work which he performed so well, he actually remembered coming to our home many years ago and resolving a tough A/C problem. That made us feel like he really cares for his customers. Al R. knows his trade, he's well trained, safety conscious, and truly delivered great service. I have never posted a review on any site before but I must share my experience with AL R. at ARS. AL can out to check on work done previously by ARS technicians. He reviewed and checked all elements of the HVAC system, was extremely thorough, going far beyond the issues at hand. Tanner Dickens did a great job removing and replacing my upstairs bathtub, it was not an easy job either due to the bathroom configuration. Not only is he a very knowledgeable plumber he was courteous and efficient while doing an excellent job. I noticed he was a good instructor for his assistant. He also kept me very informed, explained everything. They stayed late to get the job done, you have a wonderful employee! Would you use and recommend ARS and Tanner Dickens again without question.
