I have no complaints about the service at all. All of it was efficient and professional. I just don't feel that my review being posted on such a public forum like Google+ would be genuine to those that would read it there because I work for ARS. Willie Ramirez, Drain Specialist, and his assistant were called for the $69 special to clean a blocked sewer line. The final charge was $325 and all they did was an incomplete and inaccurate investigation and provide excessively high quotations to resolve the problem.
We called a second company who came the same day, investigated and provided an accurate report and estimate for free. Either the ARS team was not capable or they were purposely misleading. Not sure which is worse. But I have seen other bad reviews online. Willie R. 11/17/18 |

Jose Peregrino, HVAC Service Technician from ARS/ Rescue Rooter Houston was very perfessional today with servicing my AC unit. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. Very helpful and and showed courtesy with his recommendations on services that needed the most attention. He was very alert and aware of his surroundings in pointing out what needed immediate attention. I was very pleased and appreciative of his service today. I have utilized Al as my heating/cooling technician for years. I trust him to always do a great job keeping my system up to date and operating throughout the Houston weather. I like the fact that the tech, Mike F, was very detailed about his work. He checked my unit, took the cover off and went all thru it. He checked my vents in all my rooms to check the air flow. He checked in my addict and the alternator outside also. When he first walked in, he said he was going to check everything and he did. The main water line bursted right next to the meter box. Jesse came just few hours from the moment I placed the call (earlier than expected). He dug out the box and in minutes he was able to determine where the leak was.
