While we did not purchase any energy products from ARS Rescue Rooter, the technician explained the advantages of adding insulation, attic fans, changing thermostats, etc completely!
He pointed out the pros and cons of making or not making changes to our home while tempering our expectations. It was clear that he did not over promise and under deliver!
His willingness to listen and offer "only" products that he thought would give us maximum satisfaction showed that he not only was he trying to close a sale but that he had placed our families needs and desires above his own,
For that, we will always call ARS Rescue whenever we are having insulation or comfort problem in our home!

Mr. Mathews came to our home early one morning last week to address our concerns about Heating and or AC unit in our home. Technically our home is a 2 stories, but because we have a finished attic it could be
considered 3 story, depending how you look at it.
The thermostats are only on the 1st and 2nd floor. This means that the 3rf floor heating/cooling is being controlled by the 2nd floor HAC system. This causes the 3rd floor to be "extremely" cold in the summer and "extremely" hot in the winter, especially when the doors to the closed are closed.
Mr Matthews was asked to examine the insulation is our home. Within less than 10 minutes Mr. Matthews concluded that the extreme heat and or cold that we are experiencing is not related to insufficient insulation, but more likely caused by drafts around windows and/or doors, especially the windows or door on the 1st floor.
Because winds is constantly entering and or exiting house and the location of 1st floor thermostat, we concluded that purchasing one of your products did not make sense at this time.
However, Mr. Matthews was and/or is an a excellent salesman. He explained in detail and answered all of our questions he stated the best thing due would be to install an attic fan. Daniel M. 02/04/19 |

I had the privilege of meeting Anthony Taylor today. Woke up this morning to a severely backed up kitchen sink. He arrived earlier than expected and was so informative and knowledgeable. The best plumber I have ever had to deal with and so professional. Note to his supervisors: if this young man isn’t promoted to a manager position or put into a leadership development program, that would be a huge mistake and loss for your company. Went to Home Depot on a Sunday and spoke to a sales person about a clogged sink. He told me ARS had a special where they charge $69. Well that sounded great, so he took my information down and said ARS would call me. Lady called me on Monday and quoted me the same price, so I made the appointment. Well when the plumber gets here he tells me it will be $250 then he said there was a coupon on web for $50 and would lower it to $200. At this point I had no choice but to do it. It had already been clogged for three days. Called office about what happened and they said they would give me back the difference. Well it has been three weeks and nothing. Every time I call they give me the run around. Poor customer service. I will never use this company again.The reason I gave them a star was because they unclogged my sink. Al R. came out this morning to answer questions I had on the installation last week of my new furnace. Al was very professional and checked out the unit and recommended the installers come back out to clean up a couple of items he deemed unacceptable from the install. He was courteous and very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, took the time to sit and explain the system to me. I will request him on any future service calls. James Guarino saved our sanity on a Friday night after 8:00pm. I broke the faucet off the side of the house and water was shooting everywhere. James came and fixed it and also installed a kitchen touch less faucet for us at the same time. He is definitely our "go to" guy from now on for all plumbing!! 01/20/19 |

At 8:00pm I was trying to take a hose off of an outside faucet and it broke shooting water everywhere. I ran inside and Googled for an emergency plumber and saw ARS. I called them and within 45 minutes James Guarino was at our house. He repaired the faucet and while he was here he also installed a Kohler Touchless kitchen faucet that I had purchased months earlier and had never called anyone to install. I cannot say enough good things about James. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgable. I would recommend James to anyone looking for a plumber. We were very pleased with Brandon Turner. Very knowledgeable and respectable. He wasn't supposed to show up until time window 11a.m -1p.m after a phone call we received he told us he could come to our home sooner in fact approximately 30 minutes before time which was GREAT. IT helped alot because it left us with the rest of our morning/day! He was very knowledgeable about what was going on when I explained to him the problems I was having with my light fixtures in which he was able to execute the problem with no hesitation or guessing what could it had been. As he was working he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it for us to better understand the situation. For example how the light switch neutral were causing the light sockets to flicker blowing out multiple bulbs in the household because of the improper wiring components. Jerry Kreger was our technician that came out to look at our AC unit. He was very professional and made us feel comfortable about making our decision on a new unit. I told him we made the decision upon how he conducted himself and how he was very in tuned to what our concerns were. He had a person training with him also named Jerry. We had the pleasure of having KENDALL BEE as our technician for Comcast today. 1st, he had his ID and had it ready to show it to me upon arrival, something HPD officers refuse to do. Not Kendall.
He was WONDERFUL. On time, dressed nice, friendly to domesticated animal (dog), friendly to home owner immediately, and he cleaned up any mess left behind! Really loved that.
He took lots of pictures and explained what he was doing and why. Loved that!
Overall, he sat down, completed our work ticket and explained to BOTH my husband and myself, we have a few issues he would like for us to speak to a supervisor namely, Charles, before he performed any more work.

Kendall Bee showed up within the time frame given to me by ARS. He was very professional and friendly. He introduced himself, put on the his shoe covers to protect our floors from dirt and got to work on the HVAC inspection. He was tidy and didn't make a mess anywhere when he was done.
