ARS was called out to fix a leaking kitchen faucet and to clean out my shower drain. Walter S. advised me that fixing the faucet would cost as much or more than buying a new one. Was leary at first as they were big company. However, Immediately they walked us through the issues and the resolution in a language that borh my wife and I were able to understand. Costs were detailed and explained as well. The work started immediately and they did it as they said in the time they said. Each member of the team was professional and respectful. They exceeded our expectations and minimized the impact of replacing a sewer line and an electric panel at the same time. I give a 5-star review to Victor Tovar. This man was personable. He explained the work that needed to be done and he got to work. What I noticed is that he was not messy, and he cleaned up after himself. Actually, he left the work area better that I imagined he would. He even asked if anything else needed his attention. Bobby James #19, is an outstanding plumber with Houston's ARS Rescue Rooter! He explained well what needed to be done in our home regarding replacing our hot water heater and some faulty valves and hose bibs. I have been using ARS for several years for plumbing, heating, and AC. Most of my dealins have been great, but recently have been disappointed. I decided to try one more for my yearly plumbing inspection and had a great technician come to my home. Domingo Lopez arrived promptly to inspect my plumbing. He was polite and professional and went right to work inspecting and flushing the water heater, inspecting all faucets inside and out as well as the toilets. He made recommendations for replacing outside faucets and quoted a price for me. He told me everything else was in great condition--did not try to convince me to do repairs not needed as some techs have done. When he left, he gave me his card with all needed information for scheduling my next needed visit. I definitely will request him in my future dealings with ARS. Domingo L. 09/25/12 |

First of all, we have used ARS for a number of years for different services for our home needs, AC, plumbing... For plumbing issues however, because our master bath was equipped with European plumbing fixtures, Homer K. was sent to us years ago to fix a problem and he has been our go to person for each problem we have had, irregardless if it was the master bathroom or one of the other bathroom faucets. He is great. Very conservative with recommendations so you don t feel as if ARS is taking your money. If a big replacement is needed, then we feel confident that it is actually needed.
