Jerry and his assistant did a great job of servicing my HVAC system and I agreed with his recommendation to replace my 22 year old furnace. He used no high pressure but explained to me all the reasons to replace the furnace. ARS is installing a new furnace tomorrow. Thanks again Jerry Kreger and Dave Burt. Jerry K. 04/18/19 |

Jesse Torres responded to my ARS call. He arrived in a timely manner. He quickly identified the source of my water leak. He even helped me clean up the mess. After making a recommendation and helping me order the parts for my Moen, he advised me on potential issues with under the sink plumbing. He was extremely professional and helpful.

Your representative called and we set up an appointment for a service call to come and do an inspection on on our ac unit. Jerry Kreger was the tech that came to check our unit. We had a totally new system put in 2 years ago by another company. Unfortunately Jerry did not have good news for us. He took pictures to show us how our unit had been installed so poorly and cheaply. He was so helpful and very easy to talk to. He gave great information as to the condition our unit . The vent was just laying on the ground beside the unit. He was horrified as were we. We are very thankful no one was hurt by the carbon monoxide escaping into our attic. We have had a lot of "If onlies" this afternoon. If only we had call ARS at the time our unit broke down.
I can't say enough nice things about how Jerry explained and answered our questions. He gave a lot of really good information and left us with options as to where we go from here.
Thank you Jerry .... we really enjoyed having you in our home this afternoon. Very impressed!

Jesse was prompt on his arrival, performed a detailed analysis of the plumbing problem, made his recommendation of the options I had available to fix the problem. Once I chose the option I wanted, Jesse was quick to remove and replace the necessary parts. He explained what was wrong and showed me the area affected and the corrections to it. Craig B has been the 4th plumber in 2 years - the worst was a quote of $700 to stop a leak in a shower pipe to the best being Craig. The two gentlemen in between were professional and respectful. Craig took the time to explain and show me why the leaks had occurred. He also gave me and explained quote for future necessary items that need to be fixed. Chad was extremely helpful in so many aspects.The fact that he spent more than 4 to 6 hours with me due to me asking so many questions and I do mean ALOT OF QUESTIONS. Although I kept him well past a decient time frame with me, he explained step by step of how the installation will not only help my electric bill decrease from a 560.00 bill to a lot lower amount possiably down to $100 - $200 dollars instead, he was also concerned about the well being of my families health. He showed me videos on what type of differences the installation can do for my home and what the process Intel's. Words really can not explain how happy I am to have a special person to come out to explain everything slowly. After a couple of days of deciding, he kept in contact with me and I proceeded with the process . CHAD then came back to my house and stayed with me through the process again but not only dis he do that (!!!!!) HE STAYED AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING all over again to my husband and I . Chad explained everything to my husband and mentioned about the Remy Halo , which of coarse my husband was super excited about, so Chad went the extra mile and called to see if i could get reapproved to be able to add the Remy Halo . Which I did get approved for, my husband and I was super ecstatic about getting it. So for Chad to come and explain not once but TWICE , that means so much to our family.
I'm so very thankful for sending Chad out to us, a person that is smart, witty,and so very helpful to our family. He is very good at his job and your company made a AWESOME choice For Hiring CHAD..
