Edwin Angel Hernandez of ARS did a good job during an annual residential air conditioning HVAC inspection, He explained what he was doing and answered my questions about the service work he performed. Some ARS service folks are a bit pushy expressing options they can install to protect the HVAC equipment. I did not agree to the upgrades, but he presented the information professionally and did not make me feel uncomfortable saying no. During the routine inspection he had to turn off the locally installed circuit breaker that we had installed over 10 years earlier with ARS. I was with him when he reached to turn the power off and the handle fell off in his hand. He as able to replaced the local breaker box at no cost. I really appreciated that. Edwin Angel H. 04/08/19 |

Today I had scheduled an install of a new Furnace and Coils etc and the tech (Torry) arrived and promptly introduced himself and advised me of what he was going to be doing. He was very cordial and went to work. Torry spreaded a covering over my floors so that let me know he was concerned about the job he was scheduled to do. He explained this job would take from 4-6 hrs and I don't even know if he took a break. It seems to me things were done efficiently and I appreciated his courtesy and his expertise. Steve Jinkins arrived at my home at the expected and did a very thorough job checking the air conditioner and up in the attic. He explained the conditions of filters and equipment and just what needed to be done if possible doing the additions and cost. He took time and effort to explain thing to me to understand. If i had to compare Chad to the previous person that came out from ARS a year ago named Carlos i would give him 10 stars. The last guy didnt really give me good information. If i had known the info Chad gave me, a year ago, i would have been saving money on my electric bill. I had Chad here to give me an estimate on the 800 sq ft shed, but he suggested we do it for the house and the shed and showed me how affordable it would be. Al was the technician that came to our home to check on a thermostat problem. He immediately recognized the problem we experienced and was able to correct. He took the time to educate us on using the thermostat and even changed out the filter while he was here. Al is a real asset to his company and I highly recommend him. Chung V. Repaired my air conditioning and checked the heater. He spent time to explain what he needed to do and why. He also explained that the replacement of air quality parts were not needed to get the a/c replaced so I could make an informed decision. He looked to see what was under warranty and what could be discounted. I appreciate that attention to detail! The next day he came back to repair the air conditioner. Steve was a huge help today. He came out for a spring inspection and asked if there were any concerns. He listened to my issues and suggested work that a previous salesperson had said would not be possible. This will greatly help me get my home up to a more comfortable level. Kendall Bee certainly exceeded my expectations and my expectations are high. He was extremely professional in his work and very courteous and positive in his dealings with me. He is a gentleman as well as a total professional. He made specific recommendations as to how to improve our systems, which I appreciate and am probably going to implement in the near future. He checked our heating and cooling systems thoroughly and did a detailed clean up of our outside A/C unit to make sure that it was operating at peak efficiency. Since I was at work and my husband was at home, my husband said that they were awesome, they explained everything that they were doing, and they made the process easy.
