Eric is such a polite and dependable representative of ARS/Rescue Rooter. He came over on a Sunday to complete the work even though it was technically his day off. He promised to be at my house at 10 a.m. and gave me a 5-minute warning and there he was. He's a sweetie and a real asset to ARS.

Please give Jesse Torres big KUDOS! I called for service on Sunday, Mothers Day, May 12th. When I called and explained my problem to the CSR, I was put on hold for approximately 5 mins. The rep came back and said there was a tech in the area and can arrive within 60-90 min. I immediately left my mother home where all adtl fam members in celebration of our mother, in order to be home when rep arrived. I awaited approx 2.5 hrs and no one showed up. I then called and was told that a tech will not be coming to my home, it will have to be tomorrow. I then asked rep to go ahead and cancel the call and have a mgr to call me. I was quite frustrated after having to 1.Leave family 2. Waiting Time 3. Having to call to be informed no one will show. I called on Thursday and asked for manager, and was transferred to dispatch (Teresa) stating she can get someone out. I told Teresa I still would like to speak with a manager. Within 30 min Jesse Torres showed up at my door. Jesse smiled as I opened the door and was VERY pleasant must I say. His tone and professionalism immediately calmed me. Even if he didnt know what he was doing, it definitely LOOKED as if he did. I explained my previous call and issue to Jesse. Jesse was very apologetic, yet continued to do his job. Jesse located the issue and apologized again. I asked Jesse about a manager and he stated he could try and contact one if I would like. Jesse calmed and changed the situation around by: Having an "I got this, watch me work" kind of attitude! Being professional Having the right attitude Arriving in a very timely fashion Neat appearance Very informative & Detailed Being patience allowing me to make the decision that was best suited for myself with no pressure Jesse brought back the faith and confidence in ARS that I had lost. Came home from being out of town for 5 days, 2nd floor HVAC wasn't working. Oven clock was blinking, so I think the power went out at some point. It was hot! Yemi came out Monday night and the problem needed additional assistance. Jose and Steve came out 9:30 am Monday morning and determined it was a "big problem". They stayed with it, replaced wiring, supervisor came out, Jose found the faulty board in the unit, replaced it and got the thermostat communicating with the board again. Jose left about 6 pm problem fixed! Great service, great attitude, all under warranty. This was the second "$2k board" replacement in 2 weeks. All under warranty except the initial $69.00 after hours service fee. I was happy to have bought the $1200 10 year warranty with the initial unit installed 2 years ago! Thx ARS/Rescue Rooter!

Kendall was excellent. They contacted us, and he was able to come even earlier than expected on a Sunday to perform the maintenance/cleaning service we had purchased. During the service, he discovered that a capacitor was going bad. He showed me the the actual readings that were coming from the capacitor, so I could verify for myself that it was indeed going bad. He tried to find the part the same day, but since it was Sunday, he was not able to get the new part that day. He was able to come the following day with no problems. He was always professional and explained everything he was checking and cleaning. I would definitely use ARS and technician Kendall again.

This was our first experience with ARS and we couldn't be more pleased! The Tech, Kendall Bee, was simply THE BEST!! He was prompt, very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He paid attention to keeping all dirt out of our home, which I appreciated very much. We will ALWAYS request Kendall as our "Personal Tech" in the future and are customers of ARS for life!!!

Kendall Bee was an EXCELLENT HVAC Tech who did the inspection of our 2 AC units. He was very knowledgeable and we will be requesting Kendall as our "personal tech" from now on! He was not only very friendly and polite, but also very cognizant of not bringing any dirt into our home. He worked in a diligent manner, keeping focused on the job to be done. We can't say enough good things about Kendall and ARS - we're customers for life!

Cass V., the plumber technician had showed up on time as promise. Fixed a clogged 4" main drainage pipe and showed me the 'issue'... He was very courteous and we had a very pleasant conversations. Gave me three option as recommendations to clear main sewer line. I was very satisfied with his service and I would use this Company again.

Craig was friendly and very helpful. He explained what had occurred with our hot water heater. He said that the hot water would begin to flow in about 20 or 30 minutes. He said he would wait to make sure that the hot water was running properly through all the faucets. Then he wanted to make sure it would automatically reignite. In the past I've had problems with some of the ARS employees, but Craig was great. If I have any problems I most certainly will request him again.

Our angel April rescued us from a huge disappointment in our purchase of a walk in tub. We realized quickly our hot water capacity was not sufficient for our needs. After looking over our situation and discussions with staff April recommended a water heater booster. April is very personable and is a part of our family now!

While in Home Depot, a roving salesperson sold me a free A/C duct cleaning and replacement quote from ARS. The tech who arrived, Dave Burt, was awesome. He reviewed my set-up, brought me to the attic to go over my existing system and concluded that no work was necessary at this time. Pleasure to deal with...

I just wanted to say Mr. Shaderick McNeil is amazing!!! He gave me the best info on my electrical needs. He also took down the ceiling fan in my living room because it was a danger and he didn't want anyone in the home to get hurt. I'll have Mr. McNeil back out to my home again. Thank you Mr. McNeil for your amazing and awesome service!!!
