I've used ARS a couple times in the past. This Saturday I had a 4-8 PM appointment for an AC tune up. I get a call mid afternoon telling me ARS is overbooked and running late. Later I get a 2nd call around 6:30 PM telling me ARS is cancelling my appt. due to overbooking. I asked to reschedule for the next Saturday but was told I can't have a Saturday appt. due to overbooking.
I must say that after wasting my Saturday afternoon/evening waiting for a service that never came is terrible customer service. These clowns taking reservations need to be retrained or replaced. ARS should comp my service and give me a priority appt. for unapologetically shafting me...

James took the time necessary to identify the issue was indeed in the 3/4 AC line and covered under warranty. I appreciated his integrity and honesty in explaining to me that if the clog was part of the 2" line, that it would not be covered by the warranty and I would have to pay for clearing the clog. He could have easily cleared the 3/4 line and still charge me but he was honest and provided the service without charge. He stated he would call back the AC department to come back tomorrow to inspect the AC portion and see if there were any measures they could take to prevent further clogging. Jerry Kreger was great in explaining the options available for our house and also was very knowledgeable about our existing (old and dated) system. Service team came out the same day and was able to install a brand new system with Nest thermostat in just a few hours (in at about 1pm and left at 5). ARS is the only service company we count on for our HVAC needs now. A/C is not something you want to cheap out on, call these guys and you know they’re gonna get it done right and honestly. They’re not the cheapest but are far from being the most expensive, and the 24hr/365 10 year warranty is worth it. Jerry K. 06/14/19 |

My tech Brandon communicated with me in advance of arrival so I knew exactly when he would be here. He installed a very difficult new kitchen faucet in less than an hour and did a fantastic job. Kendall Bee is the kindness and most professional person I have ever been in contact with at ARS. Al R. did a great job installing a new motor on my system. He made sure the right part was ordered and delivered before he got here.
He also arrived a bit earlier than anticipated. Let me say that when you have a broken A/C, having the tech arrive early with parts in hand is a most welcome sight!

Jose just left my residence. He is a very pleasant person to talk with and very thorough. On 06/04/2019, Steve Jinkins HVAC Service Tech performed service maintenance to my two A/C units and replaced two 30/7.5 capacitors(under warranty). Steve with attention to detail explained why and where parts were located that were being replaced. Should issues present themselves regarding either my A/C units or furnace, I will ask that ARS sent Steve Jinkins to maintain my equipment. Steve is a true professional.

Angel Calderon is a very good drain specialist . He got my house unclog within under a hour. Compare to John Moore that could not get my house unclog and he was at it for more than 3hours and was going to charge me $219.00 . Thanks to angel Calderon and Jerry Haskell I had no idea that if they can not get you unclog that there not suppose to charge you . It just so happen that angel and Calderon where in my coldasace helping my other neighbor with the same problem I was having. I am so glad I walked over there to talk to them both . Thank you both for being honest with me and helping me out and thank you Angel Calderon for all of your hard work and getting my house back in order. I will recommend ars/rescue rooter to everyone I know and family and friends and my neighbors. I love your prices !!!!! And your guarantees!!!!! These guys deserve a raise !!!!!!!! Good salesman (Dan). Seems sincere. Repipe installers were good, but the team that dug up the yard to replace the main line destroyed my lawn. The grass that was pulled up has died even after watering. I have called ARS numerous times asking if they could send the team back to replant the grass, but to date no reply.
