Josh was great!!!water heater busted and needed to be replaced so I called ARS for rep to come see what was the problem,had a leak in the inner tank,so decided to purchase a new one and josh was here within an hour and he installed my new water heater by himself without help,he did it all and it took him 1 1/2 to complete the installation,thanks Josh for the great job,I would recommend him for any plumbing needs...thanks ARS for having a great and polite employee Josh L. 07/09/19 |

He assessed the problem, installed two water heaters along with his assistant, and kept us informed constantly throughout the job. I was really happy with the installation of my new garbage disposal. My technician, Craig B. arrived early and was extremely professional and conscientious. He had to make alterations for the new disposal to fit, and although it took him extra time...the end result was great! The pricing was fair and the work was very well done. Rollercoaster of a day today buying a water heater from Home Depot was rough. Paid for two water heaters and sales representative from ARS ordered the wrong units and we didn't find out until the plumber arrived with them at my home. Luckily the plumber Mr. Josh Laws went out of his way to drive back to Home Depot to get the correct ones. Home Depot then calls me to ask for more money for the correct water heaters, one second away from canceling the whole order and Home Depot representative agreed to give me the prior agreed price. Great service and patience from the technician Mr.Laws and his assistant to take their time and make sure we were getting the correct equipment to protect our home. We had a great Plumber Brandon come to the house to install a garbage disposal, but the wrong one was ordered. He boxed it all up and I returned it to Home Depot, but he took the time to tell us that we could still use the one we had in our kitchen. He was honest and the first plumber to tell us what was wrong. Instead of telling us we needed a $1000 installation and new garbage disposal. There needs to be more plumbers out there that are honest and caring about people. Then you can trust what a plumber tells you. Brandon J. 07/02/19 |

Nick Jackson replaced my toilet. He was nice, professional and approachable. I appreciated how he explained what he was doing. I am very pleased with the job. I must say he made this a positive experience after experiencing a communication issue with the dispatchers. My morning appointment was scheduled in the time slot of 9 am-1 pm. When we noticed a large water puddle on our den floor, we looked up and noticed the ceiling was leaking. We found that one of the two 19 year old hot water heaters in the attic was leaking and water had overflowed in the drip pan. Knowing they both needed to be replaced, we called ARS Rescue Rooter HOUSTON. They responded promptly and came out to give us an estimate. We (thankfully) decided to let them do the job. Our service technician, Josh Laws, was a godsend! Josh was 100% professional! He was an excellent communicator, telling us exactly what he was going to do, stopping several times during the process to update us on the progress of the job. Mr. Farid Abi-Saab is the best you can get when it comes to a representative for a company. He does not beat around the bush when it comes to helping you out. He does what ever he can to help the customer get what is right for them and will go the extra mile to achieve that. He makes sure it’s affordable for the customer and does not pressure the customer into contracts they can’t afford. He helped me and my family to achieve affordable cost on a new air conditioning unit and was able to get my monthly payments at what was affordable for me. He is a really great salesman and I would most definitely recommend him to anyone when it comes to a sales rep. Trust me it’s not often I would write a review on someone, but for Mr. Farid Abi-Saab my time writing this review was well worth it. The plumbing technician, Brandon Jones, came to my house and did a great job. He was knowledgeable and efficient, getting the job done quickly. Plus, there was an extra repair I was told was needed by a home inspector. But when Brandon took a look, he told me that a replacement part was not necessary and fixed the problem without it. Oh where to begin. The plumber was over 2 hours. He then said it be 600$ for 250$ in parts for our hot water heater. I know a company has to make money but a 250% markup is ridiculous. He didn't even have the parts he needed so another 2 hours to to go get the correct parts and come back. The appt window was for 8-10:30. He finally left at 3:30. I went to take a shower an hour later and realized there was no water pressure. It's now 5:30 and the thing still isn't fixed. What was suppose to be just a half day off work turned into a full day. Josh was our plumbing technician who removed our old hot water tank and replaced it with a new one. He did an excellent job communicating the steps he was going to take and ensured us of the safety procedures he takes as part of the replacement process. Josh exceeded our expectations by ensuring the output vent was sealed on the roof and then he painted the seal to match our vent colors. Had an excellent experience with my plumbing team. ARS Houston sent Joshua Laws and his team to my residence to install a new water heater. I was impressed when I was greeted with a warm handshake and a thorough explanation of what they were there to do. I was quite struck, he asked me if I had any questions..."because he loved questions". That gave me a great feeling about him and his crew. Needless to say they kept me informed throughout the whole process and took me through a complete system walkthrough once it was installed. He was able to identify and explain the situation with our damaged A/C unit and provide thoughtful recommendations on what would ultimately resolve the issues to get our home back to a comfortable state. I am grateful for his guidance and for making the process as efficient as possible.
In addition, the HVAC installers, Torry and Christian, arrived the same day and worked tirelessly in the hot, Houston heat for several hours straight to install the new condensor unit, coil and plenum without damaging any of our property, inside and out. These two gentlemen were very professional, courteous at all times and took care of everything from installation to clean up and trash removal. My family and I are thankful for their efforts today that will provide a comfortable living environment for years to come.
