ARS has been our a/c company for over 10 years and have always given us great service. When our old system needed replacing, they installed the newest, most efficient and quiet system out. Josh came out and made sure everything was in perfect working order, and our house was perfectly tidy afterward! He is highly-skilled, conscientious and professional. Highly Recommend!

Great work in customer service by explaining the issue with pictures. Presenting and explaining the solution with itemized costs were very helpful. Communication with trust and integrity was a key component and these guys exhibited these characteristics. Provided follow-up to ensure quality control.

He was very efficient and thorough with replacement of parts and provided advice on value of UV and air scrubber devices to improve air quality. He installed additional components on the same day we requested them, and explained details of what to expect with new devices. Alfredo represented ARS in a very professional and courteous manner.

The HVAC Tech, Rich Cooper was very polite and professional. He arrived within 1 hour of me calling for service and upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part that would fix my heating issue. The part was a little expensive, but service was excellent. I feel comfortable with calling them again for future service issues.

I really like ARS and Alfredo! Alfredo has come multiple times now to service my HVAC and Mini Split systems, as well as install Air Purifiers.... he does great work! I have been using ARS for 12 years now - best quality of service and very competitive pricing

All of the guys at ARS that I have had interaction with have been very professional, courteous and helpful. There was a 2 hour appointment window and the technician arrived within that time. RT fixed the problem and knew right away what needed to be fixed. I highly recommend ARS if you need new heating and air or just repairs. They are great!

ARS/Alfredo did an excellent job today with our AC and humidifier check-up. Totally professional and well done. Verified filters, thermostats and units. Put on shoe protectors and did an outstanding drive. Also helped by changing the filter in the ceiling climbing which I hesitate to do myself. Delighted with their service.

We moved into a new house two months ago. ARS / Rescue Rooter Durham has done a fabulous job of helping us resolve problems or questions about our heating/air conditioning. Their service profesional, ******, spent plenty of time evaluating an imbalance of temperature, explaining everything he was doing, and starting the process to find the best solution. When we discovered he speaks Spanish and asked if he would deal with us in Spanish, he made it so much easier for us to understand. I would highly recommend ARS, and ****** for any heating/air conditioning work!

Xavier came to my home to replace a defective thermostat.I was very impressed with his respectful manners and how meticulous and detailed he was checking my system and explaining clearly everything I asked. He was very enthusiastic about his work and gave me a lot of important information about other products available to improve the quality of the indoor air in my home. ARS showed up at my door yesterday, unannounced, apparently to fix a leak in my attic. This is the second time they were told I had a leak in my attic. The first time was two weeks ago when they called to tell me a service tech was coming over to fix the problem and I informed them then that I didn't have a leak in the attic.

Shortly before New Year's we had a Technician come out because we were experiencing no heat in the Master Bedroom, moderate to low heat in the rest of the house, and a cold living room. The Technician said the damper needed replacing and that he would call to give us a price. He never did so we rescheduled another technical visit because the house was burning up with heat (over 90 degrees) which we could not control, even though we turned off the thermostats. ARS cancelled our scheduled January 5 2018 visit on January 4 because we were told we did not have an emergency situation. Now we have a Duke Energy electric bill of $447 for a heating system that has malfunctioned since December, and ARS has offered no resolution.

I want to thank ARS for sending Gilberto out to fix my problem with my thermostat and they house heating properly considering the company just installed this new system. I had a new dual fuel HVAC system installed which had some problems with being able to use both the heat pump and propane furnace based on outside temp. After a couple of techs trying to fix it ******** came. I was very impressed that he was able to diagnose the problem (NEST thermostat defect) get a replacement part and get both sides of the system functioning. Job well done and he can return anytime for other HVAC problems. So on service side great (5 star); install side not so good (1 star)! I will average it to a 3 star. ****

We were very cold when our furnace went out on a freezing day! ARS sent a skilled technician the same day and fixed the problem quickly. I had confidence that he was giving the correct advice about what needed to be repaired and replaced, and he explained what he did clearly. Thanks!

This morning the outside temperature was in the 'teens, and our furnace was out! We called ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham, and they sent a technician the same afternoon. Alfredo knew exactly what needed to be done to get the furnace running again. He also installed a new thermostat, and even though I was not thinking clearly after shivering all day long, he helped me set up a Nest account to run our HVAC system. Thank you, Alfredo for being so capable when we needed you!
