Josh did a great job explaining repairs that needed to be done to prevent larger problems in the future. He was also very good about cleaning up behind himself and he went in and out of the house. He has been checking our systems for several years and we have been very pleased with the results! Jackie in the office is also very good about reminding us of when it's time to do our maintenance which is very helpful as well.

Randy was great. First, he was on time! He put shoecovers on to keep the floors clean. Once I showed him around he went to work. shortly he gave me a thorough report, explained my options and some pricing. He helped me come to a decision that was best for my situation. He made upgrades to my system to keep up to specs and running for what I am sure to be a long hot summer.

Brad A. performed the spring maintenance check on my HVAC system. Not only was he prompt and friendly, but he was extremely thorough. Unfortunately, mold was found, but Brad was back the next day and worked all day to fix every aspect of the problem. He is simply the best & I ll stick with ARS! Thanks Brad!

We had a technician come out to do the bi-annual HVAC service and noticed some insulation in a spot where it wasn't supposed to be. After much investigation, it was discovered there was major damage to our duct system. Brad A. did all the work. He was very polite and kind. In order to get some equipment into the crawlspace, he had to do some major dirt digging. He went way above and beyond his duties and was very nice about what turned out to be a long and awful job. He acted very professional. I highly recommend him at ARS.

Donny was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the importance of changing filters and also to describe an issue he found with our system. Once he realized we had cracks in our system, he explained why it had to be replaced and got a sales guy to come out and make arranges for a new sysem to be installed. Donny took his time to insure both units received the appropriate maintenance and we appreciated that. Please give him our thanks.

I felt taken advantage of -- conned, if you will -- because the ARS representative who came to do my winter check up (I had a full year contract which is thankfully over now) because he listed close to $8,000 in items that needed to be done and then even had the nerve to suggest that I have an ARS project manager come out and give me a quote for replacing my entire system. I know these men are paid a commission on all the parts they sell and this is on top of their salaries. They prey upon the fears of single women, seniors, and households with young children by conjuring up fake needs. I told this representative that I was going to get a second opinion, which I did and I paid for it, and as I suspected I learned that there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH MY SYSTEMs -- NONE of them (2 heating and 2 cooling). No more with these big companies which prey on our fears. Smaller, independent HVAC contractors are how I'll go in the future and I'll recommend the same to everyone who asks.

We had a dehumidifier and UV lights installed to keep down molds, mildews, etc. Brad was our installation technician. He was very professional, did a great job, and we were very safisfied with the work. Brad was extremely conscientious in his completion of the job, and kept us informed of the progress and the steps involved.

Can I say I don't know yet. I've always been pleased with ARS services (a customer for 4 years), and the tech who came out today was very friendly & professional, but I'm not sure if I really need what was recommended or if they're just trying to sell me their latest product.
