Our air conditioner quit blowing cold air so we decided to give ARS a call. Josh Baker came out the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem; he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to others..

I see that I'm not the only one who thinks Josh Baker rocks. We had a brief power outage and the A/C wouldn't turn on. I'll save the long story but share 2 things I learned. (1) Only "hidden" circuit breakers trip and (2) call Josh because with him there no hidden circuit breakers. Thanks Josh...thanks ARS.

Christian is the best HVAC tech I have had in the Triangle area (Durham). He is knowledgeable, hardworking and very mature. He not only performed preventative maintenance that I had scheduled, but worked for me with ARS to get some additionaly repairs done the same day. He also takes the time to explain very well what is doing. Kudos to Christian.

The scheduling was unacceptable. The time frame was 8-1 PM and the lady called at 11:30 AM to say that it would be 1:00 PM or after. She called back at 1:00 PM and said, "Are you ready for your service man?" Really? I was waiting at home since 8:00 AM. The service man arrived at 1:30 PM. Now the service man, himself, was wonderful - good service, explained everything, did the work he said he would, system works great. I was extremely pleased with the service man... not pleased at all with your scheduling lady.

I worked with Nannette B at ARS and she did an excellent job getting me all set up for a new AC unit. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and very professional. I would definitely work with her again. I recommend ARS.

Josh Baker, from ARS Rescue Rooter Durham, serviced my HVAC yesterday. He was right on time, professional, polite and helpful. His inspection of my aging unit was far more thorough than inspections done by the company I used to use. He was very helpful and because of his excellent customer service I will definitely stay with ARS Durham.

Alfredo Olivo was prompt, efficient, and very helpful. I needed a thermostat and he installed a Nest Pro. The Nest Pro would not recognize the key and he stayed and worked with the Nest Pro technical support to work out the issue. He was very professional. I was impressed with level of service and would recommend him to others.

When our HVAC system froze up during the current heat wave, we called ARS. It was a weekend and I'm sure they were very busy due to the heat wave because nobody came or called. When we called again on Monday, ****** took the call. She listened patiently and sent someone to check the system. We were much relieved after speaking with her. ********* arrived soon after and was able to take care of the problem and get our AC working again. I would like to commend both ****** and ********* for their help.

Very good customer service from Christian, who explained the situation clearly. We needed a dehumidifier for our crawl space, and the appointment was kept on time, the work done efficiently. Yes, it's expensive, but... no mold in the crawl space is a good thing!

We lost our AC but the technician was able to come out the same day and resolve the problem. Josh was super friendly and professional and knew his craft. The only downside is the price, but obviously you get what you pay for.

Alfredo arrived right on time, introduced himself, and did a great job of explaining what his plans were to repair my AC. He was professional but also personable and even wore booties over his shoes when in my home. He fixed my AC quickly and gave me some tips about preventing future problems.
