Doug did a great job with the preventative maintenance he performed on our AC unit. He was thorough in cleaning and checked all aspects of the unit. He made sure the heater and the AC were in order and advised us on the mini-split located at another pat of the house. Tony was kind and professional. He quickly found during his plumbing inspection that my water heater was on its last leg. He gave me quotes to both fix it and replace it. My semi-annual preventive maintenance was performed today by Chuck Norris. The service call was proceeded by a phone call from dispatch as stated. The technician arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection of my systems, two air handlers in ceiling and basement plus condensers 12 feet off the ground. Chuck communicated every thing that he was doing in manner easy to understand and was at my house nearly an hour or so. I appreciate the work that he did, the on-time arrival and time that he took to explain his work. I would recommend ARS and Chuck for their performance today. Chuck N. 09/25/14 |

Doug 1806 , is a Angel when our system failed, due to cross wiring of or new installed system. In the blistering heat of summer, We called ARS and they sent us Doug, he is very knowledgeable of the unit that was installed, Polite and humble. Doug C. came to our home today to complete a 6 month maintenance follow up/check up of our ac/heating system. He was friendly, very professional and knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions in a manner that I could understand. He gave me a historical overview of our system (a very old system) and verified warranty information I had long forgotten about. He offered information about advantages/benefits of updating our old system w/o pressure or scare tactics. Dough C. is the real deal as to service technicians. ARS is the real deal as to company that provide quality products and exceptional service. We have dealt with ARS over ten years for plumbing and AC/Heating needs. We could not be more satisfied.
