I highly recommend this company. They responded quickly to my request for help, and they sent a technician, Doug 1806, to repair my HVAC heating and electrical system. He was professional, courteous, answered all of my questions and explained everything so that I could understand what the problems and solutions were. Later, on the receipt for the work done, he outlined in detail what had been wrong and what he did to remedy the situation. Great service! Doug C. 01/31/14 |

When Doug came to the house to fix our furnace we found him to be very professional and sympathtic to our problem. After his evaluation he informed us on what the issue was and what would be needed to fix it. Once we gave him the go ahead he quickly fixed our furnace and tested it to ensure that his corrective action worked. Once he felt the problem was fixed he cleaned up the work area and let us know if we had any other problems to call and he would come back out. We are very satisfied with his work, his demeanor and his professionalism. We will certainly call ARS again and also recommend them to family and friends. Doug C. 12/20/13 |

We have used Doug on several occasions and find him to be very personable. He really listens when we explain what our concerns are. He always has a solution and never leaves until he has explained exactly what he did so that we can understand. I had doug from ars come out and fix a problem with my heat this morning. I called this morning and they put me on as his second call. Overall everything was great!! However, we were told that the deal through Home Depot was a 2 year no interest payment, this is evidently not the case when we followed up with Home Depot we were told that it was just for one year. One of the big draws was this offer we were told by the sales rep from ARS that came to the house, this needs to be straightened out. 07/22/13 |

We assume this has to do with replacement of a kitchen faucet on Friday July 12. Your Tech was Adam for whom with extend a high five or the highest score your rating systems provide. His work and conduct speaks well for your company.
Having said this we would rate your vendor The Buzz Box a thumbs down. We have been ARS customers for appx 13 years. You are not getting your moneys worth. The fact that we received this msg demonstrates how poorly you are being served. The system is flawed in that the process is not user friendly. It is a multi step procedure which among other things requires the creation of an acct with a third party vendor e.g Yahoo etc to submit a rating. You have apparently created a system which advises that your customer tried to submit but quit in frustration. Adam F. 07/15/13 |

Adam showed up at my house at about 9 at night because we had roots clogging our sewer line. He was very courteous and polite with a great attitude. Was more than efficient in what he was doing. Adam arrived on time, quickly got underway with the the job explaining what he would be doing then installing two new toilets. This was all accomplished and cleaned up in a little over 90 minutes. We had a kitchen sink that had stopped up, and we were unable to use it or the dishwasher. Adam of ARS was able take care of the obstruction as well as repair the plumbing under the sink that I had messed up. Additionally, he put a new seal under the toilet in our downstairs bathroom.
