Roberto came out to my home for an annual air/heat service visit. He was very professional and efficient. Made and explained his recommendation. Easy breezy. Caleb was knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed our two toilets and identified issues that needed to be resolved other than the basic running toilet for which I originally hired ARS. Caleb walked me through all of the pricing and showed me all of the work that needed to be done and explained why it needed to be done. He gave me a very fair price and made the repairs. He did quality work and left my home in much better shape than when he arrived. I am looking forward to lower water bills paying for the repairs over the course of the next few months. David Jackson made a semi-annual maintenance agreement call for HVAC, He handled the service quickly. Then he impressed me by going beyond the scope of his call. He observed that the water heater showed some typical signs of wear that should be analyzed by a plumber in the near future. Matt S. was professional, competent, and friendly. He came to my residence to check out my gas furnace for the winter--I have a service contract with ARS for two such visits a year. My only complaint is that ARS did not telephone me prior to Matt's arrival, which they said they would do. (This is not Matt's fault.) He did arrive within the 3-hour window of my appointment period. I have been very upset with ARS handling my installations - Very happy with John - installing my new hot water heater....
Joey came out - I decided to have ARS install a new A/C unit which is connected with my gas unit. Two guys came out on Saturday 10/11/14 - lost their card but I'm sure you can find out who they were and installed the A/C unit outside and I had air condition for the weekend; unknown to me I didn't know about the other portion of the job of connecting the gas unit up - no one mentioned a word....Mauro came out 10/14/14 and completed the job - he was excellent - professional worker. It upset me to know that if the weather turn cold and I tried to turn on the heater - that I could have died of carbon monoxide - being unaware that the gas was not hooked up. This is very disturbing to me since I am a senior citizen and live alone. I feel like I have spent a lot of money towards purchasing all the equipment that I needed to upgrade my home - This is not the way you handle business

John was very professional in doing his job. He demonstrated great patience by listening to my questions and answering them, even allowing me to watch his work. He went above and beyond in respecting and protecting my property. He wore coverings on his shoes and kept the work area neat as he proceeded, then thoroughly cleaned up after himself. ARS Rescue Rooter of Charleston was recommended to us when we first moved to Charleston. From our first experience with this company it has been flawless. The technicians are great and know their stuff. The salesman Robert Vincelli explained the new system and the benefits of the company.
Yesterday Bruce Smith showed up to do our annual maintenance. He did a great job and recommended a capacitor replacement that was due for replacement and would help protect our compressor motors. Bruce took the time to explain the situation even though he had put in a long day in the extreme heat and he was very tired. It is professionals like Bruce that gives us confidence that we are working with the right company.
The office personnel are also great. Their follow up phone calls and scheduling of appointments are very conveinient. We had to change an appointment at the last moment and it was not a problem.

We have been using ARS for the past year and have been very pleased with their timely service response and professionalism. Doug has been out several times to service our system and perform preventative maintenance. He has been very thorough in his approach and has made recommendations to resolve some issues and improve system efficiency. ARS Rescue Rooter will, upon request, assign the same individual to return to your home, which is nice since they are familiar with our system and know the history of prior service.
