Roberto was very professional and wanted to be sure he answered all of our questions.

First I used the Internet to set up this appointment and never heard from anyone...once I called the local office, I got excellent service. ARS has been servicing our a.c./ heating system for the past 5 years. All of the techs. have been very knowledgeable and courteous with our yearly maintenance check ups. Today we had a new Rheem A.C./ heating unit installed by James and Jonathan. Both men were very professional, polite and hard working. Caleb was knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed our two toilets and identified issues that needed to be resolved other than the basic running toilet for which I originally hired ARS. Caleb walked me through all of the pricing and showed me all of the work that needed to be done and explained why it needed to be done. He gave me a very fair price and made the repairs. He did quality work and left my home in much better shape than when he arrived. I am looking forward to lower water bills paying for the repairs over the course of the next few months. ARS Rescue Rooter arrived at my home after I purchase an Angie's Big Deal from them for a toilet tune-up and inspection. I knew at the time I had 2 toilets that were running in the home. Caleb arrived promptly and after confirming the toilet tune-up and $100 credit for services he diligently worked on both toilets. I needed the inside mechanisms replaced on both toilets and the gasket that held the seal between the seat and tank replaced on one.
