These guys make a great team! From the moment they arrived I was impressed. They covered the floors with rugs so no damage or dirt would be carried through the house. DJ and Josh were first to arrive and got straight to work. Justin and Jerry showed up shortly after and then the pace was moving. They worked all day!! 5 starI needed a plumber and ARS was recommended to me. A broken shower valve was keeping us from having running water, but Tom was able to stop the leak and get the water back on. He called early the next morning to say that he found the part I needed and was willing to come right away to fix it. He is polite, professional and skilled, and I'm very happy with the service. John installed my new geo-spring hot water heater. He gave professional advice on location and plumbing arrangement. John was courteous and informed me regularly of his progress on the installation. When my system went out in Oct. I called three companies for estimates. The first just did a quick look and said 4200. The second was more intrested in trying to talk me into swithcing my gas heat system to electric. Then ARS sent my hero. Mark B. He was very helpful, and answered all my questions. David Jackson (1821) was my technician, and he was very enthusiastic and friendly. He talked quite a lot, but got the job done in a timely manner, and gave us a good recommendation to add a surge protector to our heater because the circuits are delicate and in the winter we usually have power surges from time to time. Bruce Smith is a professional HVAC Technician,and is one of,if not,the best Heat and Air Conditioning Specialist I've ever had the privilege of working with. We hit it right off the first time we met.His customer relation skills showed through immediately with me.I just felt...."Here is a guy I can trust"....and believe me,I've had techs in the past that didn't know a thermostat from a furnace. I've dealt with ARS Roto Rooter for years and there is only one person I will allow to work on my unit....and that's Bruce. I'm not the only customer that feels that way...I personally other ARS Customers who will only use Bruce. He's amiable,personable,and professional.Who could ask for more. He's the man! Everyone in the company from Robert who did the survey and recommendation of the unit to Linzell F and Dwayne S, the lead installer and helper, did an excellent job.
It had a hiccup in the beginning of the installation that the installers pointed out, and after consultation with Robert a solution was found and implemented. There was excellent communications between the company, Robert and the installers.
I'm being long winded but when I find a company who is responsive to it's customers, has quality people working for them I want to let people know. 11/14/14 |

Mr. Linzell F. and his helper, Mr. Dwayne S. did an exceptionally fine job removing my old Carrier heat pump from the attic and outside unit.
Then they installed a new Rheem 4 ton split HP 16 seer unit. This installation required them to remove the stairs to the attic and take apart both units, the original and the replacement to get them into and out of the attic.
They also relocated the outside unit about 10 feet farther away than the original to move it away from a sitting area.
During the removal and installation indoors, they laid down a carpet to keep from damaging my floor. And after job completion they swept down the area and cleaned up outside.
