Regular maintenance service today from ARS was good. I was called to let me know the technician was on the way. The technician Doug was pleasant and efficient in his cleaning and checking--and even tolerant of our dog! He gave us a good tip about placing some wire screen over the 2 package units to keep lots of leaves from getting into the units. I would like to see ARS get back in the habit of calling to schedule the 6-months maintenance check-ups instead of my having to remember to call them. Several years ago ARS also tried to set up the summertime maintenance checks during May before the real summer heat and before technicians got real busy with repairs.

I sent an email asking for help with my sewer pipe. I received a call to schedule a service about five minutes later. A technician was scheduled between 10 and 11 AM and he showed up at the early part of 10 AM. He told me what the gist of the service was, and made recommendations that I install a sewer popper. The job only took about 30 minutes, within a reasonable price and all in the rain! Thumbs up to Adam! Thanks for informing me of all the services.

Tom Davis was the ARS technician that helped us. We had a major sewer backup and Tom was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Tom corrected our issues in a very timely manner, but at no time cut corners or sacrificed quality to get it done quickly. The most important part of the entire experience for me is that I have absolute peace of mind knowing that the plumbing in my house is now to code and without defect. If I ever need plumbing services again I will be calling and requesting Tom. When you find someone that is trustworthy and know that he will correctly fix the problem the first time, it is a very rare thing. I was very impressed with his work ethic and had no worries about what was an intensely stressful situation after he left. Thanks again for everything you did to help us, Tom.

When I ruptured the water line to my home while doing yard work, I thought it was going to be a major repair. ARS was able to get to my house within an hour and had the repair completed - promptly and effectively - in 20 minutes for a fraction of the cost that I had anticipated. The service technician, Adam, was courteous and professional. I would recommend him for any plumbing problem.

My upstairs AC went out on a Sunday. I had worked with Evan in the past to get the unit installed. He was very accommodating then so I sent him an email on Sunday asking him to contact me at some point on Monday. I received an email back from Evan on SUNDAY telling me that he had me taken care of and that a tech would be out first thing on Monday. I really didn't expect him to contact me over the weekend but he did and took care of me that day. Thanks Evan for a job well done and exceeding my expectations from you and ARS.

Roberto was the ARS technician. He was knowledgable, efficient and effective and I would like him to service my units in the future. I explained to him that I pay annually for semiannual servicing on 2 of my HVAC units and I have a 10 year paid semiannual service contract on my 3rd and newest HVAC unit. It runs thru 2019. I gave Roberto a copy of the contract agreement for the office staff. This is not the first time I've had this problem. Are ARS management and office records that bad? The Tech that showed up was timely friendly, respectful. and had over 30 years of HVAC experience which was a huge +. He listen to my concerns and offered sound practical advise. I used this company today because they were running a special on a spring "Tune Up". He went through the whole system inside out top to bottom. he was very thorough. I have an 18 year old unit and he was familiar with all the components of an older unit. He wrote up a nice detailed report and did not rush through the inspection. I apologize for not delivering the first review successfully. It was probably better because it was fresher in my mind, but the message is the same. Tom Davis was very professional, but also personable and interested in my particular situation. He took time to offer several options, explaining the details and answering my questions. He seemed like the kind of service person you can trust, which is so valuable in customer service and satisfaction. I appreciated that he left me with all the information I needed, and no feeling of pressure to make a sale. I knew right then and there what I wanted to do, but I am still trying to work things out financially. I commend Tom for his attitude and service and hope ARS recognizes what an asset he to the company. It was a very positive experience.

Anthony is by far the best technician we have had from ARS, in approximately 15 years of service. He is personable, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I would be glad to have him work for me anytime, anyplace. I would also feel comfortable to have him work in my home if I could not be here; and with my wife here alone. Anthony excellently represents your company, and should be considered a treasure for ARS. Keep him, promote him, and give him a raise in pay.

Tom. did an outstanding job during my scheduled HVAC inspection. He caught an issue that was about to happen which would have been a major inconvenience, and he noticed some developing mold-growth as he called it-and proposed a solution. Regular inspections by efficient technicians = peace of mind and saved $.

When we returned on Tuesday afternoon, from being out of town for a few days, we found that the furnace was not functioning and it was rather cool inside and out. We called ARS and within the hour Roberto showed up at our door. He investigated, located the problem, made a quick repair, and ordered the replacement part when he returned to the shop. Roberto did an excellent job and we appreciate his efficient and friendly service.

We were having some trouble with our hot water heater and your firm was recommended by a friend. We called and left a message and Tom Davis called a couple of hours later and advised that he could come by right then. He came by, checked the 2 elements and 2 thermostats which had all been replaced in March by another firm and advised that they checked out OK. He also pulled the anode rod, showed us that it was very corroded, and that it should be replaced. He said that this would also extend the life of the water heater. We said OK, he replaced the anode rod, wrote up an invoice explaining all that he had done, and gave us a senior discount. We were totally pleased with his service and will be calling on ARS for our plumbing needs in the future and recommending you to others! Gordon and Eles Schmidt
