These technicians were very professional on all levels. They were very respectful of my home and myself. DJ and Josh answered any questions I had, pointed out anything I needed to be aware of. They had a check llist to make sure everything was done to the letter and went over this with me at the end of their installation. Very much appreciated the care that our workers exhibited while doing maintenance on one zone system. Joey B was excellent in describing our options for purchasing a replacement to the second zone system, helped us find the best solution for our needs, and explained the Home Depot credit option. Great to get interest free pay period. John and Rob A were very thorough in installing our new system and in installing the uv lights in both zones. I had a Rheems 3 ton 14 seer installed today by ARS Charleston..It was installed by 2 young men names JOSHUA & DJ....they were polite ..knowledable...& very professional...they spent time to explain what they were going to do...JOSHUA explained how to set the new thermostat...they installed another return air in ceiling....& cleaned up after themselves...they took all the old stuff away & were done by 3:00pm...they did a terrific job & it works great....Thank You JOSHUA & DJ...& Thank You ARS...Thomas Josh P. 01/22/15 |

We had two heat pumps replaced two days ago. As soon as our technician Linzell along with his assistant Dwayne greeted us they were extremely professional. We had covered our carpet in advance of the installation and much to our surprise they rolled out red carpets covering hallway, stairs and entire work area. We told them they should inform their company to advertise "red carpet service". They explained in detail the installation as they proceeded. Their patience with us, an elderly couple, explaining each step of the process was greatly appreciated. Doug came by to perform our 6 month heat pump system service/ check up. He found several expensive issues and was very professional when he explained that we would be spending a lot of money on a 15 year old system that was at the end of it's serviceable life. He suggested replacing the system and had their salesman call to schedule a quote. The salesman, Robert, came out the next day to survey our home then explained our options on the system and duct work with cost and savings on energy. The next day, New Years Eve, the work crew, Jerry, Justin, Johnathan and Rob, came to replace our system. The entire crew, was very professional and worked hard to have heat back on that night. Unfortunately one of the technicians missed a rafter and stepped through the front room ceiling, luckily he wasn't hurt, the ceiling can be repaired. Jerry and Justin returned the day after New Years to complete the duct work and had a contractor come out to survey the ceiling damage so he could schedule the repairs.
