Chuck Morris performed the semiannual maintenance on our system. Chuck is a real professional. He initially checked our system a couple of months ago to verify it's health. This visit was part of our service agreement and he approached the service in a truly professional manner. He explained in detail his service approach and after completing the maintenance he advised the system was working properly. I commend ARS for assigning Chuck as our technician. I believe having the same technician service the unit provides a more positive experience since the technician has an ongoing personal connection to both the customer and the unit. Doug was really helpful. He told me what the problem was with my system and offered recommendations without a lot of pressure. He told me about safety concerns and info on having someone come out to discuss a new system with financial options. He even asked if he could help put a window unit in in the mean time. So.... I had Bruce Smith access my situation with needing 2 ac units and a hot water heater. His years of experience and knowledge along with his professionalism made this go smoothly by explaining step by step what we needed to do in order to keep our house in running condition.
