Luis was WONDERFUL. We did not know the issue with our furnace when he arrived and he was incredibly patient and thorough in diagnosing and resolving the problem. New parts were required and Luis got the parts and came back for the repair in the same afternoon (a snowy one at that). We had a different company service the furnace last winter for the same issue (that was clearly not actually resolved) and Luis was able to correct what had been done last year AND fix the actual issue. 6/5 would recommend!

Dan did a wonderful job performing the annual a/c check. He called 15 minutes before his arrival. After performing the tuneup, he reviewed everything with me doing a great job of communicating on my level. He replaced a condenser on the compressor and explain why. Thanks for the great job HomeSmart.

Excellent Job! Lawrence was very detailed-oriented while performing his troubleshooting and found two different A/C unit problems in one service-call with A/C unit tune-up. He resolved both problems and by doing so he actually resolved the original called for issue; which was the A/C unit's fan. Marc G. :0)

Danny S. has serviced both my AC and furnace in the last year. He is the only technician who has even asked about replacing the batteries on my thermostat. No one had ever ask or explained how to install the batteries. Hence I almost broke my thermostat the first time I had to personally figure out how to replace them. Fortunately I figured it out. However, as I have aged I truly appreciate that this is the first question Danny asks. It is much appreciated! In addition, Danny does excellent service and always explains in detail what he is doing and why. I sincerely hope to see Danny again when I have my furnace serviced! Thank you also, for always being courteous and very professional during your visits, Danny!

Danny is a real gentleman, very professional. Our hot water heater was having problems igniting. Danny came, diagnosed the problem straight away and ordered a part. He came the next morning with the new part and fixed it in 15 min. He even called when he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would. The world needs more Danny's!!

I had no heat on a cold evening and Luis was able to come the same evening I called. He was a Godsend on a cold night. He explained what was going on, fixed the problem plus showed me how to work the thermostat. Since I had just moved to my new home, I think the problem was more my not knowing how to operate the system then anything else. Still he took the time to make sure I knew how to handle the system in the future. I really thank him for taking the time.

If there was a rating better than 5 stars, I would give Luis S. that rating. Parts in our Furnace was starting to fail in our house right before a major snow storm. I called HomeSmart at 9am on a Saturday morning and Luis showed up at 10:30am that same day! He was super friendly and really knowledgable on what the issues were. It turned out that we needed some new parts to the furnace and he was able to work with his vendor to get the parts delivered to our house at 12:30pm that same day. Luis came back at 1pm to fully fix the furnace. I am so grateful to Luis and HomeSmart for prioritizing the furnace fix on the same day I called. Luis went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my family to get heat back in the house. Thank you so much

We woke up without any heat. We called Home Smart from Xcel Energy. Randy B showed up within the hour. Our fire sensor was not working on our heating unit. Randy fixed it right away! He has been to our home many times for repairs and he is always friendly, courteous and does a great job! We are so happy with the service he provides. 5 stars all the way!

Luis was anxious to help me, walking two blocks uphill through the mess left by the blizzard. He got my furnace working in short order, was very thorough in his work, and was very courteous to me. My only disappointment was with HomeSmart not being able to get help to me for two days because I missed calling them back by 4:00 - missed by 30 minutes and the crews don't work overtime. Communication is key to success.

Luis is an excellent example of a representative! I called at 1 a.m. with the furnace not working! He was notified at 7 a.m. and was here by 8. He kindly cleared enough snow off of my front porch to get to and from his vehicle! Then he had to clear snow away from the pipe on the roof! And then was able to get the furnace going again! He’s very knowledgeable and answered my questions! I think his customer service approach is excellent! I would definitely call him again!

I wasn't so sure about keeping HomeSmart until we started having problems with our furnace and Luis S. was sent out. He was excellent — professional, efficient and friendly — and our experience with Luis convinced us to stay with HomeSmart. (And yes, he fixed the problem quickly, rigging a temporary fix to keep us warm through a cold snap, and returning within 30 minutes after the parts arrived to install a permanent fix.) When the furnace stops working in a snowstorm, it's reassuring to have someone like Luis helping out.
