I was very pleased with Service Specialist Art D. He asked the right questions to quickly diagnose the problem with our furnace. Woolley scheduled the service appointment in a timely manner. Art D. 12/18/13 |

There is nothing better than spend the day shoveling to come inside and realize that it's warmer outside than inside because the furnace decided to go on winter break. Urrrghhhh!!! I called Woolley and to my I dismay got the answering service and I thought to myself great I'm going to freeze to death. To my surprise Ed called me about 10 minutes and about a hour later was at my place. Ed fixed it quickly and shortly after it was toasty again. After I thanked and apologized for him having to come in the snow Ed said "Glad to help, that's what were here for." Now that's customer service! Everyone is great at Woolley but Ed gets extra brownie points for schlepping through the snow for me! Ed P. 12/15/13 |

We recently had an issue with our air conditioning unit so we called Woolley and they dispatched a service technician that same morning. Art showed up right on time and was extremely courteous. He got straight to work and resolved the problem very quickly. He explained what the problem was and then tested the system to ensure everything was functioning properly. He took the time to answer all of our questions and also left the work site spotless. Art was so good we requested to have him come back and service our furnace. Joey G did a great job assessing and repairing our damage. He was courteous and professional, and took the time to show us what was happened and how he repaired it. It was all you could ask from a service call. Woolley has handled our heat and air-conditioning since we purchased our house. They are responsive and reliable. On August 1st our furnace was due for its annual service. As usual I was very pleased to see Joey G. come to do the service. Joey is the epitome of professionalism.
