I have met one of the nicest, knowledgeable and professional plumbers in San Antonio. Bobby Guerra quickly assessed and educated me on my requirement and allowed my wife and I to request him to do this major service. He was at our home for two days and did not disappoint. While the problem with my A/C unit was a much larger issue than I anticipated, Dillon was the best guy to break the news. Dillon’s knowledge of his craft is commendable and his professionalism is unequaled. This is my first refrigerated air unit and he really taught me a great deal about it. Service technician did a great job diagnosing and fixing the AC issue quickly. He kept me informed ofeverything he was doing as well as prices before doing anything. Scheduling department could use more work. Called early and got a 'call center answering service.'. They booked me same day in the afternoon. Received a call a few hours later to say the 'call center' isn't able to see schedule and they were completely booked, but would schedule me for first thing next morning 9-11. Mario O. is absolutely fantastic - very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional - really enjoyed working with him. They found yet another problem with my AC unit (builder grade) during my semi-annual inspection. After talking, I decided that, yes, I had "nickled and dimed it" and it was time to replace the system. Mario did a thorough analysis of the temps, etc. in my home before recommending a system and, in fact, found that the builder had not installed a system sufficient for the size of my home (surprised I haven't had more problems than I have had). What I REALLY appreciated was Mario's honesty. While he recommended some options that were worthwhile, he did not sell me options just for the sake of making money -- I really appreciate this in a person. He would say, you can buy this but it's not really necessary. He sold me a good system but not one that was the "Cadillac". Again, I REALLY appreciate this type of honesty. He was just such a pleasure to work with - someone who represents your company VERY well!! 05/14/19 |

Some problems were discovered during my semi-annual HVAC inspection with Will Fix It. My technician, Mario, pointed out that I had already, since living in this home for 9 years, put about $4000 into the system (builder grade). The more we talked, I decided that, yes, it was time to replace the system. What I really appreciated about Mario was that he didn't try to upsell me just for the sake of additional money. He was very honest and told me what options he thought would be beneficial but also which ones were not really necessary. He did NOT try to sell me the "Cadillac" of systems - he recommended a middle-of-the-road system that would still be good but less costly. Mario is fantastic - very friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. I really enjoyed working with him. Additionally, when Mario came out, he did a VERY thorough analysis of the energy, AC output, etc. in my home and actually found that the builder had installed a system that was probably not the best size for the size of my home. These guys are VERY thorough. I use them for HVAC and Plumbing and just found out they also do electrical work. I also find they are VERY responsive in emergencies. A GREAT company with GREAT people. I called because I suspected a water softener system I had bought from them was not working properly. Dean Covey was my technician. He used a chemical kit that told him that I was not getting any soft water.
