Dean came out to replace our garbage disposal today and was very knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. The price was reasonable for coming out the same day. He arrived approximately 2 hours after we called for assistance. I would use and recommend this company because of the positive interaction and quick thorough service provided. Ther sales rep was very knowledeable and courteous. He explained the products and their benefits and associated cost savings. I had options offered, no pressure and a great price at the end of the presentation. I am extremely satisfied and felt the difference in my house immediately.
I highly recommend Will Fix it and the products/services offered. The radiant barrier,the additional insulation and the wind turbines was the best home improvement I have ever made......it wil pay itself off in time.

a plumbing issue I had.
My water pressure was low when
taking a shower. These plumbers have experience and said that
the cartridges for hot and cold
water needed to be replaced.
They needed to work on the pipes from the outside of the house.
I have an old house with old pipes. It took time but they were
able to fix the problem.
Carlos and Carlos, Jr. are very
competent plumbers and very
nice. They also installed a shower
slide bar for me. I recommend these plumbers and will ask for
them by name when I need work

Henan, was a very knowledgeable, respectable, and courteous salesman. He knew the product, gave an indept product offer with key elements detailing cost savings, promotions, energy savings.

What a great experience we had with Dillon today! Our clogged AC condensate line is not covered by our home warranty, so we were nervous trying to find the right AC company that wouldn't overcharge us for this simple service. Dillon provided us with a "low, medium, full" quote for the repair, ranging from simply clearing the clog to some structural work on the line that would help prevent and alert for future clogs. Every line item was clearly priced so that we could select what we wanted done, and we wound up moving forward with almost all of his recommendations. Dillion was courteous and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything to us and even show photos from his phone that he'd taken of the unit up in the attic. I am often skeptical and hesitant to book any new service companies, as I sometimes feel taken advantage of, pressured, or tricked into costs. What a relief and pleasure it was to have such a great experience with the Will Fix It team and Dillon in particular. Dean C was able to locate the problem with my shower very quickly. He was very courteous when explaining that the leaking problem was with the shower head, rather than a leaky pipe. I called because I suspected a water softener system I had bought from them was not working properly. Dean Covey was my technician. He used a chemical kit that told him that I was not getting any soft water. Dillon Koch is a highly skilled competent and friendly technician. He performed my annual air conditioning maintenance on both my external and attic units today. He did all the maintenance necessary. He showed me what he was doing, and he made a recommendation for one of my units to decrease the amperage needed to start it. He provided all the options and I chose the one that I felt fit my needs to address the smaller of my two air conditioning units. He even changed out my air filters because I wasn't able to do so. I appreciate his thoughtful and professional demeanor. On April 17th, Dillon provided an a/c tuneup and described the condition of the a/c system. I also asked about adding a filter for a large vent. His advice was thorough regarding the type of filter and things to consider should I decide to add the filter.
