The Representative, Mr. Frank Barczik, was Excellent. He explained every detail and gave us our many options and specific plans of actions that were available to us. We received 110% from this Rep. He has excellent Customer Service Skills, as I too was a Rep. at my Company for over 30 years. He was very knowledgeable, timely and Respectful. Sal R. and his team installed a ductless mini split system in my home. They arrived for the job on time, finished earlier then expected, left my house clean, and explained what they had done and how to operate the system before they left. We just had two new faucets installed and a new main shut-off valve by Paul Smith. He called to tell us when he'd be there, and all work was done perfectly and cleanly. He needed parts that weren't in his truck for the valve job, so he had another worker drop off the parts from their main shop in record time. All in all a great experience! Universe installed a new AC and heating system in my house. The sale person John Palmeri (He no longer work for this company) bragged about the new system and promised me a cool house in summer. But they installed a bad system and I had to call several times this company services to fix the bad installation and my house is not cooling well. Now they want me to spend another $10,000 to put a new system in the attic. I never recommend this company Frank C. 07/05/18 |
