Thomas R. was excellent . To run a water line for our new refrigerator, he had to climb into a cabinet, snake the tubing through and around a corner cabinet and finally to the appropriate place. Mike W was an excellent Service Representative. Mike's knowledge was extensive and he was able to explain the problem that both me and my wife was able to understand. We felt like we could trust Mike's opinion on the service repair verses purchasing new appliances. Mike W replaced the parts and our appliances are working the way they are suppose too. We had Tom W. from Universe to tune up our A/C. Universe had a coupon on line for $99.95. Tom W. is extremely thorough. He checked the A/C unit outside and went into the attic. He saw that our A/C had several problems & also that it was installed in 1993. Tom gave us several options. We chose the least expense option of just replacing the thermostat because the A/C was old. Tom also put in a filter which we supplied. We were most impressed with Tom W. and also with the Universe personnel that we interacted with via the phone. Tom W. 05/14/18 |

Recently enrolled in service contract and on initial visit, technician saw a leak in water heater, which was 17 years old. I was given an appointment the next day to have water heater replaced. Then after seeing water was not at satisfactory temperature, I was again given a prompt service appointment to correct it at no further charge.
All the service workers I have had to my home have been helpful and friendly and do their work in a timely manner. Paul S. was very helpful giving me a better understanding of my hot water system, as I am a new home owner. I am glad I called Universe for my home service needs. Paul S. 05/14/18 |
