Rick, the service technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem with our Kenmore dryer within minutes and was able to replace the blown part quickly. Had Central air installed 2 days ago. First, electrician installed electrical outlet below a window well grate so it could not be accessed. They came back to move it but now the system does not work 2 days after it was installed. The installers were professional and accommodating, but I feel that based on my experience, I used the wrong company for my central air installation. Part broke on my gas boiler. Called answering service at 7 am. Got a call back at 8:42 am by a very nice woman who set up my appt for later that morning. I was hoping for a good first service appointment and was not disappointed. I can't begin to tell you what a great service they provide. Washing machine leaking water all over the floor, they were here that very day and had the part in the truck. A week later the machine was making noise when on spin cycle. Called and they sent the same mechanic to make some minor adjustments on the SAME DAY that I called. Now that's what I call service.
