The Universe home service was very good, but I think the price was little too high. But they came when they said, and finished the job the same day. All the bathrooms were clogged and they had to go out and dig down to the sewer drainage cap and rotor root the sewer line. Both Paul S. and Juan C. worked all day to get the job done. The technician did not seem like he wanted to be there. He was explaining how expensive the work would be and it would be better buying a new refrigerator instead of purchasing a compressor. He tried to leave my refrigerator unplugged and I told Him that the items in my refrigerator was still cold. I did Not like his demeanor at all. 03/08/18 |
