The Universe Team arrived on time and were very courteous. Mike, first sat down with me and explained ever detail to me as to what they were going to do. His discussions were clearly defined and He explained from the very beginning of the Project. He created an environment, whereby you could openly discuss any areas of concern and ask any type of questions. They All were very courteous and knowledgeable (from just watching them perform) and also Mike was very knowledgeable in his explaining this system to me. They All worked very, very hard and as a "Team". Then they cleaned up afterwards. Mike then explained afterwards, how the system is going to work and showed me how to maintain the filters. He gave me some informative information, on how the system works and made sure that I fully understood. I Just love these Guys. They gave me top-notch service at 110%. They are just so awesome. You could not have wished for a better Team . Their Custom Service Skills were way above average(which a lot of workers, do not possess today). I had an appointment with salesman on Mark June 5, 20018 and explained to him that what I was looking for a mini split system to cool my first floor. Mark explained that he was in the business of helping me safe money and that he recommended one larger unit instead of two. I gave a deposit and then it was explained that a scope guy (currently on vacation have to wait until the end of June) would come at another appointment. After three attempts at scheduling with the scope guy. I was told by Taylor that I do not need to be home. Well after meeting with my mother the scope guy totally contradicted what Mark told me. After speaking with Taylor again she then stated "you need to be home", well do you think? Besides it is now July and very hot and I have to wait until the end of July now for another appointment. These people wasted my time and could never explain to me what is the purpose of a salesman on the first appointment only for the scope guy to come out and contradict the original order. Not cool that was the purpose of me contracting this company in early June. Bad customer service as well. This Taylor lady is very rude. I asked for my money back. I will go elsewhere. 08/01/18 |

This is the second time I have used this company for a home service and was not disappointed. I first found them on Angie's List when I had an appliance problem on a Saturday and could not find any company that came out on weekends. They showed up in about 20 minutes & fixed everything for a VERY reasonable price. This time I had a plumbing problem, so I called and made an appointment. Eddie called about 45 minutes before the time & showed up right ON time. He was very polite, knowledgeable & professional. He fixed the problem quickly & efficiently and NO MESS!
