This was my first experience with Universe Home Services and I am happy to say that it was an extremely efficient, neat, professional and genuinely enjoyable experience. From the initial quote (Bob Burns) through installation and completion (Sal, Fred, Tom, Mike(?), and others), we couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable , friendly and professional crew. My boiler replacement and conversion from oil to gas couldn't have gone smoother and contact with the office (Kathy) was always efficient, courteous and informative (not common today)!
I would certainly recommend Universe Home Services to anyone without hesitation.

Jim at Universe was excellent. Gloria and Pamela were excellent. I am with Universe ever since Lilco went out and everyone at Universe has been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. That is why Universe can not be beaten by anyone including the utilities companies. I relayed all this to the owner of Universe. I was able to get a service call within two days. Tom the technician showed up promptly within the three hour window I was given. He knew exactly what the problem was within minutes.
