Kevin and Keith were the Pros who serviced my furnace. They were delayed at a earlier job, but I was notified that they would be a little late. They were very professional and friendly. They did what ever they had to do and the informed me of any problems. (none found).
I would recommend them to everyone I know who needs Heating & electrical work.

He arrived on time and performed all work quickly and with flawless electrical technological practices. I can say this as a 42 year working Electrical Engineer, myself. I observed his workmanship techniques and practices throughout the job and am qualified to state that he followed the highest practices of the trade. He left the work area totally clean from any construction debris/dust. The price was more than fair for the services rendered. My thanks to Tipping Hat for providing such a trustworthy technician. Justin and Chris were on time and very courteous and gave me a fair price to add a new electrical outlet. They completed the work quickly and left no mess behind. They also noticed a leak from my humidifier. Although they are electricians, Tipping Hat also does plumbing so they were able to call and get a quote for that as well. Tipping hat Plumbing provided a great experience, our A/C unit went down in the middle of the summer, they got us an appointment within 24hours. After we confirmed our appointment they send you an email of the technician that would be servicing our unit. Hats off to you guys too! I asked for bids from 3 companies and Kevin's bid was the best. But the deciding factor for me was how he exhibited a can-do attitude, his bubbly personality and the fact that he convinced me that he could handle a particular situation that the other bidders could not. But I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge that the actual project was left in the very capable hands of Chris, whom Kevin recommended because he had a conflict in his schedule. I have to say, that when everything was said and done, Chris did the most professional job that anyone could expect. Actually, I think Chris went the extra mile, he took time to be sure that every detail was taken care off. I don't know all of the classifications of being a professional plumber are, but if there is such a thing as "Senior Master Plumber", both Kevin and Chris should have that title! I called Tipping Hat because they had a coupon in the mail for a $29 tune up. Kevin didn't charge me the $29 because both the Furnace and A/C unit had to be deep cleaned and repaired. Kevin gave me a wonderful deal, applied for 0% financing and threw in a free thermostat which was not working either. He showed up on time, called 30 minutes ahead of schedule and was very neat and tidy, not leaving me any mess to clean up. And it works amazingly like it should now! Freon is very very expensive.
Cost to replace outside Condenser unit is very very expensive.
Not sure what other companies charge for same items ie; you want $600 just to replace fan motor on condenser. No way, that is too high for a small motor. 08/10/15 |

Michael B was a very strong personality for me. His suggested "fixes" for my situation seemed to be the more expensive ones. /the "tune up" was more of an inspection to see what other things could be done, not really "tuning up". I'd be hesitant to recommend this service to friends. 08/04/15 |

As promised, I received a call 30 minutes prior to their arival. Both Chris and his assistant politely introduced themselves and I gave them a quick tour of the jobs to be completed.
At first there was an issue with the cost, but after some discussion we were able to come to a mutual agreement.
Though all of my plumbing issues were not addressed as I had hoped, the most important and truly estential ones were.
Once an agreement was reached, both Chris and his assistant went straight to work. His assistant was most proficient and his plumbing knowledge and soddering skills were most impressive. Between the two of them, both jobs were completed within a very timely manner.
Thanks to their expertise, I now have a working ice maker and water dispenser for my refrigerator and have been assured that the newly replaced outside facet will not leak nor cause me any further headaches or worry.
Both Chris and his assistant were kind, courteous and considerate of my needs. I would recommend Tipping Hat Plumbing for their expert staff and will definitely keep them in mind for any further plumbing requirements.
