Keith was great all-'round! Professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed my furnace problem in the blink of an eye, but he did not stop there. He completed a comprehensive inspection of my entire system, and pointed out the good things as well as the ones that might need attention in the future. No extra charges, no upselling. I trust him. Wish he lived next door, we would be friends. For what it is worth: I have more than 30 years in the construction trades, just not an HVAC expert. I know when something doesn't add up, but Keith did. Keith is a true professional and a good man. Explained to me in detail what was wrong and exactly what needed to be fixed and more importantly why it happened. Chris did great work and timely as well. The cost of these types of repairs is challenging for a big family and Keith did the best he could to get me a brand new part that would last at as close to a reasonable price as possible and get heat back I to our home. This company was also the only one who get here on the same day as others were not available for 5 days. I would call this company again for work and definitely ask for Keith and Chris specifically. Great people, great service! Neil used his 20 years of plumbing experience to diagnose our problem in less than 30 seconds. He knew what was wrong from my description and one look confirmed he was correct. He did his best to soften the blow on the bad news, then he and Zabih did a great job of clearing up the bathtub drain, which turned out to be a separate problem. The company e-mailed descriptions and bios of both technicians ahead of time, then they phoned and let us know they were on the way. They showed up right when they said they would. Keith and Kevin were here to give me duct lines which they are doing a great job on. The thing that has impressed me the most is if they see something else wrong, not up to code,they point it out and explain it. We kept having trouble with our tankless water heater giving trouble codes. We did not tell them that. They saw it was not vented properly, the water line condenser unit was sitting on electrical and the exhaust pipe was retaining water.They fixed all that. They are awesome. After learning of a root inside our sewer line that couldn't be removed by snaking we were given our options. Our tech Neil and his assistant Zabin were very professional. After seeing the condition of our sewer line from the house to the street (via camera) we decided to replace the effected pipe and install 4" outside clean outs. That proved to be the best solution. The crew that did the outside work was amazing. The total job was completed in about four hours and when they finished you couldn't tell that they were even here! The price too, was very reasonable. They cleaned out the overflow drain and replace my filter while they were here and left me with two different options to consider. A partial unit replacement and cleaning of my current system or replacing small unit with a dual system for the best outcome possible. No pressure to spend more than I could afford. Justin B and Chris S came again today to install an intricate chandelier in our dining room. They were on time, as usual, and were very confident they'd be able to install the new chandelier. They walked me through the process of what the installation took and gave me all my options (a different chain was needed from what the manufacture sent). I felt very informed about everything and was able to make a decision because of their patience and knowledge. The chandelier looks amazing, as do all the other fixtures the guys installed over the last few weeks. Installation was always quick, yet extremely well done. We were highly impressed by these group of guys from tipping hat, Justin went above and beyond his job duties (had to laugh when i asked him to bring down my fall decorations because they were in the attic since they were already up there, I wasn't serious, but he did!) he's an expert in his field and knows electricity, he was polite neat and clean, I could tell he was a perfectionist and really cared about his trade. (This is your all star tipping hat.) Justin changed out our electrical panel and we couldn't be happier, it looks amazing! Chris had a great smile and was Justin's apprentice he to did a great job and we felt comfortable spending what we did to upgrade our electrical panel because it was in the right hands. A lot of work is involved when handling a big job like this but they did it so well and efficient. They also put in lights in my closet and in a dark shower that I had and can I say, "it looks amazing", :), Kevin put in a gas line for my new gas stove and I love it. I would recommend this company to anyone as long as they have these group of guys they can't go wrong, from what I understand from their employees this company takes care of them and respects them. After weeks of trying to figure out why there was water under my sink, then there wasn't and then again, It was frustrating to say the least. water leak and then no leak, Neil cam in and told me it was my faucet within 30 seconds! Despite a scheduling snafu (no record of my appointment), once I phoned Phillip, he sent out a crew to address my toilet issue shortly after I called. Neil and Brian showed up within 45min, fixed my toilets within 1 hr, gave me a price break due to the snafu and did a great job! They also took photos and documented what they did.
