I am very impressed with Tipping Hat’s customer service and quality products. They installed a new furnace for us 18 months ago and it is extremely efficient and astonishingly quiet. We enrolled in the maintenance program and just had our first cleaning and tune up this October. Shannon, who scheduled the tune up, was so very friendly and got us on the schedule very quickly. Josiah, who provided the service, was professional, pleasant, and a font of knowledge. He took a fair chunk of time to explain the ins and outs of the furnace system to me and even gave a refresher course in where the gas and main water valves are located in our home in case of emergency. Tipping Hat installed our new furnace yesterday and were simply excellent! Alden D. and Jay arrived earlier than quoted, worked hard all day mindful of both COVID and our toddler/dog as well. Alden and Jay went ABOVE AND BEYOND, identifying a mis-installed water heater and offering to correct. They were polite and wonderful to work with, excellent installation, and really put the customer first! ALDEN and JAY have won a customer for life! I needed a pipe and faucet replaced on the outside of my house. Gary is thoughtful, professional and helpful. He explained the reason for the leak, checked out other outdoor faucets and gave a report, replaced the pipe and then demonstrated how to use the new set up and how to drain it for winter. What I appreciate is Gary's professional and personable demeanor. He said what he likes about being a plumber is being able to help people out! Pricing was also fair. Definitely recommend! Just installed a New Furnace, Air conditioning system as well as a 200 amp electrical panel. Work was done very well with high quality equipment and materials. My experience with Tipping Hat has been exceptionally good. I dealt with Sean, Dustin and Tyler in the initial phases of sale and installation. All were caring, communicative, professional and timely. I had an old furnace replaced to work with an existing air conditioner. They made sure that all hookups were new and reliable. Their warranties are outstanding. Service was outstanding, as there was a problem with the Air Conditioner after installation, which they came out and fixed the following day. Sean F. came out to gives a quote on a new AC unit and a replacement furnace install. Sean was on time and was very professional and knowledgeable about the equipment to be installed. We had other company's come out and give us quotes but decided to go with Tipping Hat. On the day of installation Alden D. and Mason T. came to work and boy did they work hard and by the end of the day we got to use the new AC unit and then the furnace the next day because it is Colorado. Tipping Hat was really easy to work with from start to finish. I made an appointment to look at some issues I was having with the kitchen electricity. John came by and was able to assess the issues quickly and provide options for long term and short term solutions. I had some other small electrical concerns around the house and although I didn't include that information on my appointment request, John took the time to address everything and was super knowledgeable.
