I had a leaky pipe in a tight area. Another plumbing company said I would need to remove my entire shower floor. Thousand Oaks Plumbing did a great job. Danny was very prompt in coming out to assess the situation. I had had another plumber frighten me to pieces suggesting I needed to break concrete in the garage in addition to the driveway (which was legit). He was very thorough and so professional. Danny (owner) and his team are excellent!!! Yesterday Jesse and Juan did an outstanding job replacing both our toilets with no muss or fuss. COMPLETELY AMAZED WITH THIS COMPANY.
I had a problem with paying extortion by the plumbing company sent by my home warranty company to replace my water heater. I found Thousand Oaks Plumbing online and within minutes I was sure the prior company was trying to screw me and that T.O. Plumbing was going to be the crew to replace my water heater. They were able to do the repairs the day I called them. The technician, Joe, was really friendly and easy to work with. He jumped in, got the job done and explained things as I had questions.

Jesse is amazing! As I am a busy person with three teenagers, my washing machine gets used a lot! Jesse called me before our set appt. time to say he could come earlier than initially scheduled.
He was extremely polite and courtesy as well as very professional. Unfortunately, the repairs could not be done at the time due to the extensive damage to the copper piping and further expert help would be needed. T.O. Plumbing will come back after the expert lets them know exactly how to repair the damage as the pipes need to be rerouted. Jesse gave me alternatives for the repair, but also explained the alternatives could create additional problems. I did not need to go there. So once the expert gives his recommendations, T. O. Plumbing will be back. I would say they are now my go-to plumbing expert. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Brad of Thousand Oaks Plumbing came to my house on time and knew what he was doing. While there to look at a noisy faucet, he educated me about other plumbing issues in the house. Excellent service. Brad is very knowledgeable and straightforward. He took care of the problem with the 2 drains quickly and efficiently. Easygoing, with great people skills. I'd recommend Brad and TO Plumbing. Also , a shoutout to the owner , Daniel-he called on the Monday afternoon, the official Christmas Holiday, only a few hours after I'd left a message, apologizing for it taking so long to get back to me. He'd learned that his on call person wasn't able to follow up on calls that day, and would have gotten someone out to me if it was an emergency. I said it wasn't and he made sure to have his office call me Tuesday morning and scheduled me of today, Wednesday. Reader's Digest version; I had a massive leak in my irrigation line and I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing. BUT, before they could come out, I needed to locate where the leak was. TO Plumbing referred me to a leak detection company, and once the leak was located, TO Plumbing came and repaired two broken lines, that were three feet underground. We have used Thousand Oaks Plumbing three times in the past few years: 1) Repairing an outdoor underground natural gas line that rusted away. 2) Relocating an indoor underground natural gas line when we changed fireplace mantels. 3) Replacing a shower valve In all cases, they were prompt, courteous, & professional, and did excellent work. Excellent service. Jesse was very knowledgeable regarding water heaters and fixed the problem. The office staff (Desireh) is very friendly and professional and they work with you reading appointments and repair quotes. They also have a set hourly rate so you know in advance how much you may spend plus parts. And if possible they quote you the complete cost of the service and repairs over the phone and their prices are very reasonable and a lot better than their competitors. I highly recommend them. We've lived in Thousand Oaks for over 25 years and Thousand oaks Plumbing (first time we've used their service) was the absolute best. We have used other services within Home Protection Insurance and none of the previous contractors came even close to the quality, prompt service and professionalism at a reasonable rate. Dan was understanding and REAL. He addressed a follow up problem with a shower valve and addressed it at no charge, as it should have been.
