Needed a plumber since my handyman retired. He told me to try T.O. plumbing. Plumber was on time and well equipped to replace leaking pipe in slab. He got right to work and had it repaired in 3hours. Danny, Tom & Joe were at my house to replace a hot water line that was leaking in my slab. Their quote was based on what was best for ME and not what would make them the most money. The job was done quickly, professionally and on budget. There were no last minute surprises with the bill either. I found TO Plumbing by chance a few years ago after having dealt with numerous overpriced, mediocre plumbers. I will never use another plumber. Thanks guys from a very happy customer. Wow, wow, wow! Danny and his crews are amazing. He is Honest, Reliable and even giving. We had Orangeburg finally need replacing in our sewer line. Danny came out and explained the details showing me everything on camera, he is knowledgeable and takes his time in explaining. Danny and his crew showed up on time and did all their work diligently and were even tidy while working. Such professionals. The new pipes were placed, inspector came, and the yard, grass, bricks, and dirt were all placed back together even Better than before the work began. All was done with a minor 20 min or so interrupt in water use. Would highly recommend to anyone for your plumbing needs. Pricing is completely fair and reasonable. Our water heater went out last week. Our neighbors who had a slab leak had very good results with Thousand Oaks Plumbing, so we called. Danny Guiney came out the first thing next morning. He was very cheerful, his price was less then we paid when we were in Boston so I know that was fair. We were up and running with hot water by 11. Highly recommend giving Thousand Oaks Plumbing a call for your plumbing needs. I had a broken GE water heater that no one wanted to touch. Danny came out and did the repair and completed the warranty process for payment so I did not need to deal with it. He responded quickly to my call an came out promptly the next morning. Danny and the staff and Thousand Oaks plumbing are friendly and very professional. Danny is prompt, on time and always provides clear explanation of the problem and most importantly provides advice and guidance on several options and alternatives to fixing plumbing problems. We bought an old house and have had many plumbing issues. Every time we call Danny he fixes the problem and provides us with great service. Danny is the BEST! His prices are unbeatable and his service is top notch. As new homeowners, we had never had to deal with a plumber. We tried several companies in the area and were sorely disappointed. Then we found Thousand Oaks Plumbing. They are always available, friendly, and helpful. Danny, the owner, has personally come out to our house several times on the weekends to fix problems with no extra charge. When we had a problem with the main sewer line, he called someone at the city to come out and take a look for us at no charge (a huge savings... if we had called the city they would have charged us an arm and a leg). Wonderful plumber! I have used Thousand Oaks Plumbing several times, and have found Danny to be so courteous, prompt and efficient. He even went out of his way to come a bit earlier in the morning, just so I didn't have to come into work too late and miss a bunch of hours. Their work has always been first-rate and very reasonably priced.
