Our disposal died last night, so got on the phone and called several plumbers to find out how much it is for a replacement. T.O. Plumbing was the least expensive, and the two reps I talked to on the phone were informative and helpful. We scheduled for tomorrow, but they called and had a cancellation for today, which we preferred, and they came out and had it done in 15 minutes. The tech was super nice, cleaned up after himself, and our favorite part, NO UPSELLING! I get so tired of places scaring you, or suggesting you should spend more. We would highly rec T. O. I called 4 plumbers yesterday! I had to leave messages and not one of them called me back. I could have kept going down the list, but with it being a plumbing issue which are typically time sensitive, I figured I'd get a call back fast. Nope. Today Thousand Oaks Plumbing was the first call that I made from a new list. I didn't have to leave a message because someone actually picked up the phone. 2 hours later, a technician was at my house fixing our leaky sink. He was efficient and professional. I also loved the electronic invoicing and payment option. My only issue and reason it's not a 5 star review is due to the cost. I don't have much to compare this to as I didn't shop around, but as a first time homeowner with her first plumbing repair, I didn't expect it to be so pricy for what the technician said was a simple repair. I know that he probably isn't responsible for the pricing and for all I know it could be the going rate, but it hurt to pay so much. Thousand oaks Plumbing is the best. They always show up on time and do a great job. I own several properties and it makes oit so easy for me and my tenants. I recommend everyone with an older home have your sewer lines scoped and replaced under the slab before they go bad and start backing up. Danny came out promptly, confirmed the problem, and provided an extremely fair price. Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time. Completed the work promptly without any hassles. Thousand Oaks Plumbing was terrific!!! They provided excellent service and adjusted their schedule to meet my tight schedule. I want to also make sure that Jesse is recognized for not only fantastic service and professionalism, but he literally saved me hundreds of dollars. I thought that my sinks needed to be fully replaced, but he was able to identify and fix the problem (which was simply a poor installation from a competing plumbing service last year). Thousand Oaks Plumbing has been around for long enough to know that they will be here when you need them in the future. After the tankless water heater we had installed by what we thought was a reliable plumber three years ago died - without any company to back it up, we needed a water heater asap. Brad came on a Saturday and installed the new water heater on Monday. He is a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. I know that Thousand Oaks Plumbing will be here to help if anything goes wrong with it - unlike whatshisname. Be assured that this company is reliable and courteous. Hire them without concern. I cannot say enough about Dan the owner of the company and Thousand Oaks Plumbing, what a great plumber and company! We had a leaking pipe that was flooding underneath our stairs case. I called in the morning, Dan took the time to speak with me regarding the issue and gave me honest advice. After we hired a previous person who was an "expert" at finding leaks, but didn't find a leak even though there was clearly a leak. Dan came out the same day, found the leak and fixed it so quick. Provided advice on how to clean up the water that had accumulated and provided a good referral for a water cleanup company. Just a honest person and company, hard to come by this day and age. Brad was awesome. Super friendly and he showed me the problems that existed rather than just telling me (usually that is done when someone wants to make money). He worked quickly and cleaned up after he was done. I would recommend Brad in a heartbeat. The lady that answers the phone at T.O. Quoted me much less than anyone else (and believe me I asked around). Responded very quickly and Did the job in record time to clear a clogged pipe to the main sewer. We found anew plumber going forward for all our plumbing needs. Jesse came out to fix a loose kitchen faucet. He pointed out an installation error by the installer when the quartz counter top was installed over the plywood instead of cutting away the plywood then installing the faucet. After using another plumbing company for over 20 years, we decided to try Thousand Oaks plumbing for a recent project. We could not have been happier with our decision! From the moment they answered the phone, I could tell that they were very interested in customer service. Even though I had called late in the afternoon, the gentleman apologized for not having any openings for that evening (something I was not expecting anyway). However, they were able to dispatch someone the very next morning. Prior to the appointment, they sent me an email to introduce the service person to me. I was pleasantly surprised by this gesture and it was nice to know about his background. Matthew, arrived promptly and let me know what the repair would entail and approximately how long it would take. Upon finishing the repairs, he explained everything that was done. We've been using Thousand Oaks Plumbing for 9 years and continue to be impressed with their professionalism, honesty, integrity and efficiency. There are plenty of opportunities to take advantage of a customer who doesn't understand the mechanics of plumbing. And then there are opportunities to teach and explain options and why their recommendations would be best for the customer. The owner of the company is tirelessly devoted to his company and makes sure that the people who works for him have the same kind of integrity he has. Just when you think that kind of work ethic doesn't exist anymore.... I'm reminded each time we use TO Plumbing, especially when it's an emergent situation and he does what he can to work us in. He said his name was Brian. I liked the team I had in 2016 better. He said he had to go get a part. He was gone a little over 30 min. I told him you told me he carried parts on his truck. Then he said he would take 15 min. off my bill for having to get another part.
