I gave Brad a 5 because the job is only about half done. Moreover we are unable to water the entire back yard at this time and Brad didn't know when he would be able to return with his supervisor to determine how and when the job would be completed suggesting perhaps a week or week & a half.
I'm not complaining but step 8 is the only place I can explain what happened. I am confident Brad will be able to return and complete the job within a few days. Thanks for the prompt 1st call. Den Linn (Owner) 11/23/17 |

I am so lucky Thousand Oaks Plumbing sent Brad out to install my Earthquake shut-off valve. I have always had complete reliability with this company but Brad went a step further. He cared enough to call me that evening to make sure the gas company was pleased with the installation at inspection time and there were no leaks. Chris was terrific. He installed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and fixed a leaky faucet in the bathroom even though it wasn't on the original workorder. He was extremely knowledgeable and personal. Since I was interested, he explained what he was doing as he went through the process so I could troubleshoot later. After our slab leak left soggy floors throughout our home, we were referred to Thousand Oaks Plumbing by some neighborhood friends who used them before. With one phone call we were cheerfully and professionally taken care of, (great answering service who relays the info to Danny right away). He was able to come out the same day to estimate the problem and give us a quote, even though it was on a busy weekend. The following day he re-routed our faulty pipes, and repaired the problem quickly and affordably.
Then, a few months later our water heater decided to start leaking all over the garage floor.... and who saved the day again?.... Danny at Thousand Oaks Plumbing.
The crew (Jesse and Brian S.) that came to install the new water heater was excellent, and we were up and running with a new water heater and drip pan, (and hot water again) the same day.

I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing about a slab leak. Danny G. came out to look at the situation after the leak detection had been completed. He sent an estimate that evening. There was a leak from the upstairs bathroom, which went to the downstairs bathroom directly below. We called TO Plumbing on Sunday, (someone answered the phone as opposed to having to leave a message) to schedule an appointment and informed them it was not an emergency. We received a call back the same day to schedule the work for first thing Monday morning. We have used TO Plumbing a few times before. This time Brian and Ramiro did the work. Called for repair of leaking faucet. Called me back within a few minutes and had a plumber at my house within the hour. Had the needed part on the truck and fixed the leak an just a few minutes. Thousand Oaks Plumbing is great. We had a slab leak and called Thousand Oaks Plumbing to get an estimate and then have the repair done. I like that they had a very responsive customer service team that called me back quickly to set-up the appointment as well as calling to let me know when the plumber was on the way. Milo did a great job fixing our slab leak and finding the most efficient and least invasive way to re-route our hot water pipe. Brian was great to work with when giving me the quote and supervising the project. He even invoiced me for a much lower amount since the job didn't take as long as he originally thought. I had a bigger plumbing problem than I thought and Thousand Oaks plumbing in its various staff was able to identify the problems and they appeared, explain them to me and provide cost-effective solutions. I have used Thousand Oaks plumbing for over 10 years. They are a wonderful company to deal with. Every plumber that has come to my house has been professional, clean, explained the work that needed to be done and provided a quote appropriately. They are always fair and honest. Highly recommend them

This was my first time using Thousand Oaks Plumbing and I couldn't believe how quickly and professionally they responded to my request for an estimate! If this is how they regularly do business, then I'm sold! Not only did they come out when promised, but they emailed me ahead of time to know who to expect. They also were able to come out earlier than anticipated and called beforehand to see if that would work for my schedule. Brian came when he said he would, was able to look at the problem I had and give me an estimate for repair within the hour. As a small business, I have found it very difficult to find reliable contractors, but Thousand Oaks Plumbing was a breath of fresh air! I'm truly looking forward to doing business with them and even though I hope that I don't have future plumbing issues, if I do I will call them first. We would give Thousand Oaks Plumbing 10 stars if possible! We had an emergency gas leak, and are very thankful to have found these guys. The outside portion of our main gas line (which runs underneath our concrete patio) was completely shot, but Brian had a great plan to re-route it in a way where we didn't have to bust through the concrete. It was a huge job, but their entire team worked efficiently and as quickly as possible to give us a safe, working, brand-new main line. After they were finished, the crew cleaned up immaculately and left our home cleaner than it was when they arrived.
