From start to finish, best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. Brian, Jeremiah and Austin provided outstanding service. Brian was awesome to work with. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything well. He correctly assessed my leaky pipe situation and suggested the right solution. Jeremiah was a very skilled technician who communicated with us throughout the entire job to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We had a slab leak. Larry came out, gave us 3 options. We decided to have our whole house re-piped. He quoted a price and time frame and the excellent work was done in a timely manner. The plumber did a good job but their pricing system is ridiculous: for less than 1.5 hour job of replacing the waste pipe under my kitchen double sink, they charged $522. It doesn’t require open any drywall or electric wiring. Just replace the basket strainer, 2 part waste and p-trap. Material cost will be $50 at top. According to homewyse.com: Thousand Oaks average will be 299 to 361 for licensed contractors... this is the third time I work with this company and will be the last time. I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing around 1pm and said that I had a small leak in the garage water line. The person I spoke with was able to fit me in that day even though it was booked up which I really appreciate. The Tech arrived around 4pm and found the leak and shortly had replaced that section of pipe. The Tech (named Brian S.) was professional and had a pleasant personality which made for a good experience out of a bad situation. I will make Thousand Oaks Plumbing my go to repair service. 04/27/21 |

Chris showed on time for our scheduled appointment. He assessed the scope of work and was going to send me and the owner a bid. Two bids were sent to each of us (with the same price); each bid contained a different scope of work. Neither bid included the entire scope of work or an available date to be completed. The office was contacted re this. They said the tech was to get in touch with me the same day. I contacted the office, again, the next day and they said they had talked with the owner. Paul is FANTASTIC! He has saved our holidays. He came in for an inspection, but, was immediately able to diagnose the issue, find the leak, and fix the problem all in under 1 hour!

Paul is fantastic! He asked enough questions when he arrived to quickly realize that the expensive repair I was told I needed was not accurate. He investigated and found the problem and then thoroughly tested to make sure he had the correct fix. We received a water bill of $750.00 and called Thousand Oaks plumbing to find the source.
Larry C arrived and assessed the problem as a leak in our main water pipe. While he was here we had him look at other minor plumbing issues in our home.
He followed up the next day with a professional and detailed quote of all plumbing issues in our home.
The main water pipe was installed the next week and along with new toilets installed and minor leaks addressed.
Being homeowners for more than forty years we have never been more comfortable with Larry being in our home as a service provider and individual.

Larry from Thousand Oaks plumbing was one of the best service providers we have had in our home. We got a $750.00 water bill and obviously knew something was wrong when we called Thousand Oaks Plumbing to resolve the issue.
Larry came and diagnosed the leak in our main water service pipe which was installed the following week. He also assessed by our request to check out other minor plumbing issues we had in the home and presented us with a full professional quote of all things that needed to be updated along with the main water pipe.
Larry followed through with every repair in a very professional and timely way. He also found an internal pipe issue showing us a photo that we will need to address in the near future. Being homeowners for over forty years we have never felt more comfortable or impressed by Larry’s professional friendly and timely service.
He is welcome whenever the need arises and would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have tried my best to post reviews on Review Buzz plus another site a week or two ago. I am sooo electronically challenged but I think I accomplished the task.

Your guys have to be the best professionals that I have ever worked with. They are patient, thorough, kind and fair. I have dealt with the worst (I think) and now I have experienced the best. Gerry, along with rest of Larry Cohen's team, did a terrific job.
I have had such sad stories re: plumbing companies that I want to let everyone know how great these guys are.

This company is remarkable. They are fast, efficient, fair and expert craftsman. I am not a relative, social friend or neighbor. Our rental property had a pipe burst which created a flood that forced tenants out and a sad time was had by all. I have never had the opportunity to work with such an incredible crew.

Milo was able to complete a tricky fix AND save our beautiful tile which had been put
in within the last three years. Matthew and every one of those guys put up with constant questions re: worry over time
constraints and all responded with a lovely
attitude. Workmanship is terrific.
These guys are something else.

Chris from TO Plumbing is a Rock Star! Nothing worse than coming home Friday night after a long work week to find it "raining" from the upstairs bathroom into your garage Our regular plumber was booked but they recommended TO Plumbing and wow was it a great recc! Chris was excellent- quickly fixed the problem by replacing the old tub cartridge without trying to rip me off by selling me a 6X more expensive total valve replacement. No more leaking (from the crusty 25 plus year old cartridge/valve which was a mess but Chris got it removed safely) and now I can turn it on and off with one finger. Yay!
