Carlos did a great job to resolve my uncommon plumbing issue with the bathtub faucet. It was fixed and has been working without any issues. the pink plumber is very high price it went from 475.00 to 295.00 just to clean out a kitchen sink drain .I paid the 59.00 service call and will let my home warranty for a flat 75.00 . we were schedule on fri they moved us to sat and then want to charge sat fee 06/10/17 |

Pink plumber was very helpful with fixing our kitchen disposal. I called on a Saturday and was immediately contacted with information as to who and when I should expect a plumber to arrive. Fernando came and looked at the problem and explained what the problem was and what needed to be done so that the issue will not arise in the future. We needed to have a leaky toilet repaired and Carlos not only repaired it by replacing all working parts, he made it new again! In addition, we found it necessary to replace our 44 year old toilet which he did beautifully. Carlos was meticulous in his work ethics, neat, thorough and left each area clean. He explained the repairs we needed and advised us of a few options giving us the total amount each would cost enabling us to make the decision best for our needs and pocketbook. RJ did a heckava job, going above and beyond what the initial estimate was for. He ended up doing a double cable job, jetted the line and then ran a camera down the line to see just what was causing my problem. Now I have a real clear idea of what the problem is and what to do to manage it!
The guys did a great clean up job after they were done as well.

It was a pleasure today to have Richard Q service our Toilet Tank. He arrived on time and inspected the problem, explained what and why the repair was needed (in layman's terms) and after confirming that I understood the information, did the job. He was fast and efficient and left no mess. I now understand more about how these problems happen and how I can help prevent them. I highly recommend The Pink Plumber and this technician, Richard Q, to anyone with plumbing problems. Richard also mentioned that the age of my plumbing (70 years) indicated that I had a need for re-plumbing my home, and why. I will research further, on his advice. The plumber had excellent customer service but I feel like I was being ripped off. Pink plumber tried to charge me over $1000 dollars for a job that only cost me $165 through another plumbing company. My feelings were extremely hurt by your prices. Joshua was terrific! He called us before he arrived to make sure we were home. He explained in clarity what services he would be providing and how much the cost was. He then listened intently to our problem and quickly and thoroughly diagnosed what was wrong. After explaning our options and costs he then fixed the problem and then inspected the rest of our plumbing as an added on service for no extra charge.
