Josh and his coworker arrived at my house to take care of a sewage stoppage on a Sunday morning within 60 minutes of my calling. That in itself is a miracle. The backup ended up being severe and required a toilet being removed and ultimately a line jetting and outside clean out installation. This two day event uncovered a number of issues at our house that needed to be taken care of. I feel fortunate to have called the Pink Plumber as a repeat customer because this was a job for a true professional. This was not a simple snake and go but involved a great deal of due consideration and reasoned thought in order to take the right action. Josh was awesome. He was professional, considerate, timely and showed great respect for our property as well as ensuring a detailed clean up was completed following the work. I will continue to use the Pink and request Josh if he is available. He is a master plumber and I really appreciated his work. My only concern is with the Pink's prices and their structure. The "if we do this and that but not that or this the price is whatever, but if we do that and this it is whatever." It just seems a little bit gamey and the whole repeat customer discount is a little odd. The prices also seem a bit high but that is a small price to pay for professional work. It is fair to say you have few options when the problem comes and most of us are willing to pay whatever the charge is to know the job will be done right. All of my experiences with the Pink have been outstanding and their technicians are all very well trained. If you are lucky you will ask for Josh and he just may be available. He was superior. I had hiredbPink Plumber to redo a job for which I had hire a local handyman. I had also wanted to upgrade the garbage disposal which was rusted and smell bad. The first plumber they've send sold me on unneeded stuff and a very expensive disposal and charge me an arm and a leg. He also treated me very poorly. I had a bad taste from this experience and to make matters worst the disposal stop working. I could not make it work even thought I am extremely handy and had owned them in the past. I called and they send me the same young man. This young man treated me poorly again and kept telling me that if I use this garbage disposal in the matter that I'm used to I would void the warranty. we argued because I have had been an owner in the past and only changed disposal after many years of use. At the end the young man apologized.
Today I again had problems and called PP (Pink Plumber). I requested PP to send a different service person. They very nicely obliged. I was very pleasantly surprised when William Boyd walk through my front door. He immediately started working without given me a speech on how I was going to void my warranty. William fixed the issue and show me how to avoid recurring problems with the soap dispenser and how to properly take care of it, and assured me that if I had any issues not to hesitate calling them again.

Excellent service. They came out immediately on a Saturday morning due to a problem created by another plumber. Woke up at 0715 to answer a phone call. Went out on the back porch to talk. Heard water gushing, looked around, saw puddles. Checked the Intex pool - ok, checked the drainpipe, ok. Looked beyond the drainpipe and saw the hole in the wall where the outside water spigot used to be. The spigot, still attached to the hose, was laying on the ground. The place on the wall, former residence of said spigot, was spewing water! After the mini freak out, I hung up and went outside to turn the water off. Called the pink plumber because I remembered that song from the commercials. He was here at 0900. David Lankford, Pink plumbers, professional and thorough. I wanted a new hot water heater. As of this moment I have a non working hot water heater. If you can't do a job say so I I'll get a plumber that can. From 9 am till past 5 Pm now I can't find a service man to get the job done right. Will never ever call Pink Plumber again. 07/19/17 |

ast, reliable service! Needed a new water heater ASAP. Called at lunch on Friday and they had a tech out in less than 2 hours and the project completed that day. Our tech, Felix, was polite, descriptive and knowledgeable. We had never replaced a water heater so he was sure to explain every detail and show us exactly what needed to be done. Not only did we feel confident in his recommendations, we also felt good about his suggestions to change out the old PVC pipes to the heater with new better material and valve that will last longer and reduce up keep in the future. Overall I was very happy with the service from the time I called customer to the final job sign off. Felix came to our house to check out an issue in our garage with our gas water heater. He did a great job and was very helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything in detail and we felt very comfortable through the replacement of our water heater. He stayed till nearly 9pm on a Friday night to get the job done so we didn't have to wait over the weekend. Would highly recommend this company and would call them again for other plumbing services.

I saw and heard The Pink Plumbers working on my neighbors house. I quickly inquired into the matter at hand and both technicians were very professional and courteous with their responses. I recognized how diligently they worked until the job was completed,
about 9 PM or so. Seeing their strong work ethic, I asked if I could have an estimate on some work I needed to have completed in my house.
Two days later, Felix came to my home and gave me a very fair estimate on switching out all of the valves and hoses in my house, as well as putting an alarm on my water heater. Again, Felix worked very diligently to complete the tasks in a timely manner. Felix then explained what he had accomplished so that I understood the basis of how the work he completed would benefit my home in the long run, not being plumber savvy myself. Felix was excellent! I had an emergency situation due to plumbing issues and he came out after midnight to try and fix the problem. He was able to diagnose the problem and came back that morning to fix it. He had to add new pipes, a job that normally takes maybe 2 days, and was able to get it completed in one day!
