All it needed was a PVC pipe less than 6inches long and it took forever to get an estimate. Another plumber showed up so I can get another estimate and felix was cranky because at that point i was waiting for the other plumbing company estimate. Felix first off said 440 the other company got it down to 450. Because of felix attitude I was told them I'm going with the other company and felix said he could get it down to 350 but I told the other company I would still rather do business with them even though I'd be spending 100.00 more. While the other plumber was completely the repair that took about 30 min Felix was down the road about 2 house just stilling there which was weird. Felix started professionally but at the end I wouldnt recommend him. The tablet definitely slowed down his estimate as well for how long it took which was not his fault. 07/05/17 |

This was the first time that we used the pink plumber. The technician Thomas salvato did a great job. He took the time to show me the issue and what he would do to solve it. Water heater leaking. Sunday. Super.
Found pinkplumberfl.com, 24/7, no apparent overages for weekend service. Customer svc associate was friendly and was able to schedule a plumber within an hour or so. TJ arrived and assessed the situation. He provided 3 options. After I selected one of the options, he provided a quality job , materials and a clean work space. Other than the new materials, you would not have known he had been there. I may have been able to get a lower price through other means, but I called for a professional plumber and I received one. Excellent service as always. We have used thus company several times before which is why we called them today. They do a great job . One thing that really impressed us is their communication. They called us prior to visit to let us know time frame. Then xaslled again to update us in where they were in coming out. Finally calling us to let us know they were on the way. Their service professional was friendly, courteous and helpful. He explained what was needed and why, offerrrd suggestions and gave us the cost we would incur. I had seen ads for The Pink Plumber but never used them before. After a bad experience with another company, I decided to give them a try. The best plumbing experience ever! Carlos was polite, informative, cooperative, and professional. He provided 3 options for repair without pressuring me to buy anything above what I needed. He worked tirelessly thru the summer heat to finish my project and did a wonderful job. He and his assistant wear booties in the home, and lay down a barrier between their tools and your floor, and completely clean up after themselves. In fact my house was cleaner than when they started, because he cleaned behind the appliances he had to move. He provided all the information, checked everything out at completion, and gave us another quote we asked for to have additional bathroom work done. After closing on our house in St Petersburg we had a few items that needed a bit of attention. Bill is a really easy person to work with and made sure we were aware of all options and costs available for what we were requesting. Once we decided what we were doing now and what would have to wait Bill got everything done quickly and left everything as clean as it was before he started. Never in my life have I met such an informative and professional plumber as Richard Q. and Felix (who was in training). They were honest and upfront with what our plumbing needs were and costs for stated project. I will not hesitate, going forward, to use Richard Q. again for future plumbing needs. Our hot water tank was not working and it was less than 2 year's old so we searched for hot water tank repair and Pink Plumber came up they were here within 4 hours after my call and David the technician was amazing he found our problem and fixed it and for what they do for breast cancer awareness is great! We called on a saturday and was told someone would be out within 4 hours. When he arrived he looked at the problem and gave us a price for the job. Fernando has provided flawless service to us on three different occasions. First with solving a kitchen leak and replacement of a sink faucet. The second was a replacement of an old water softener. He went above and beyond to ensure the newest technology was operating as it should. Finally, when we discovered a sedement problem in our old water heater, he removed and installed a new heater on the spot. You are just like Red Cap. You charge $59 to come out and give a rediculous quote, the offer lower options, and then a membership. I felt I was at a used car lot. I had a plumber call me back while I was waiting over 4 hours and he asked me to text pic of the problem. He quoted me based on viewing the photos. No $59 charge either. Your employee went on to criticize the other plumbers of no insurance, not license, no warranty, no membership..... How does know that? And you NEVER criticize your competition in front of a client. Business 101. The $59 was a rip off and I will never suggest the Pink Plumber. It a shame because one of my radio stations advertise your company. What a let down. 06/14/17 |

Had an amazing experience. David L. And Patrick were extremely professional, well knowledged and went out of his way to walk us through the entire process. Our issue ended up being the main sewage drain had been broken by bright house when installing their cables. David and Patrick not only documented the entire process with videos and photo, talked to the BH rep on the phone but also forwarded the evidence to the property damage investigator from BH. Through the entire process my 3 little girls wanted to watch what they were doing and these men took the time to show and explain it tp them... no questions asked with giant smiles on their faces.
