My experience with The Pink Plumber was great. The service technician Richard was a professional and explained to me what my options were on how to repair the leak to my house. Had to pay 45.00 for tech to come out and quote a ridiculous fee for cleaning out plumbing line to trap. The quote was 780.00 because he felt he had to remove a toilet to get to the blockage. When I refused that price he suddenly could "change the option" to routing from the trap to clean the line for a "mere 428.00". Come on, I called a different plumb and had the job done from the trap for 198.00. Don't like companies that try to rip off widows! 02/27/17 |

I had a bathtub refinishing contractor at my home who found a leak in the middle of the job. I called Pink Plumber at 12:45 and TJ arrived by 2. I liked the fact that I was sent an email with TJ's picture so I knew who would be arriving. TJ and I both agreed it was not the greatest picture but he was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. We would request him in the future. Pink Plumber was not my first choice as the first two I called could not come out for 2-3 days but you can be sure they will be my first choice in the future. Plumbing repairs are not cheap but this one was well worth it. My contractor was then able to finish the job with just a minor delay. Thank you Pink Plumber!

I would not recommend pink plumber. The man that came out was nice and knowledgeable, however, I feel it was way overpriced for the work that was actually completed. I was told before that he had to "go into the wall" which would explain the $500+cost. Once i saw the repair, however, he didnt "go into the wall" but merely made the hole a little bigger, clipped off the pvc & replaced the few pvc parts & glued. It was about $30 min worth of work & maybe $20 worth of parts. If I had known that it could just be cut and repaired I would've done it myself. 02/17/17 |

Plumber was friendly, but he turned on a valve and it started shooting out water all over my kitchen. He didn't have a wrench so he had to go back to his truck to get one leaving the water still flowing out all over the place. Then I had to pay $125, and he told me to charge my contractor for any damage to the cabinets. I feel your services are over priced and I would never call you again or recommend your company to any friends or neighbors. I honestly wish I never even called you. 02/13/17 |

Since I am taking care of several properties I met a lot of different service providers. But I was really very positively surprised that The Pink Plumber were so well organized and that they came out in a Saturday evening. Joshua S. did such a great job and was a real pro. I am used to be told some stories by service providers as an excuse why the invoice amount is much higher than originally told. Not so with Joshua S. He told us what he is going to do and what it would cost us and did all his work fast, clean and professional and was very friendly as well - though it was Saturday evening. We had Thomas "TJ" come to our home to fix our shower faucet valve after we tried and weren't able. He took the time to show my husband how to do it himself in the future which was incredibly valuable to us as homeowners. I called pink plumber about a sudden leaking kitchen sink around 1pm. Fernando arrived quickly and on time, after calling when he was a half hour out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with clear options. We decided to change the fixture. Fernando went to the supply store and returned with a replacement. He switched the assembly out leaving a spotlessly clean work area. I would gladly recommend Fernando and Pink Plumber. I will specifically request him in the future. Eric was not helpful at all. We explained the situation clearly he went and stated the pipes outside were the issue he offered several plans and suggested the most expensive plan costing $4000 and promised the problem would be resolved. After work is done I asked him if he completed what he stated was included in the package I choose, and he stated the another quote and he complained about the time it took for him to complete the job. I asked to speak to manager and his boss stated he has to come back and complete the job. The next day he comes again the problem is not resolved and more quotes this guys is a scam and a big complainer. Never again, 02/02/17 |

This was my worst ever experience with a contractor. It took 30 minutes for the team to present us with a $1000 bill for replacing a kitchen sink faucet. (we provided). We heard a clumsy explanation of service to be provided and an attempt to sell us a Service Contract. We simply needed a faucet installed which I had installed later for $150. Simply the worst ever service which cost me $45 for the opportunity to get screwed. I expect a refund for this service! Please contact me @ 813-300-9110 02/02/17 |

The plumber was not equipped with the piece of the toilet that needed replacement. Nor was he inclined to get the piece. Nothing was accomplished and it cost me $45.

I called early this morning and even though he was far away and I did not have an emergency, Richard called me twice before the office was even open for business!! I asked to be called when he was on his way so that I could meet him at the house and not miss too much work, which they did! I got home and Richard pulled up to my house about 5 minutes later, fixed my problem easily and I was on my way back to work! He was very knowledgeable, extremely professional and amazingly fast!!
